Summary: Should be Required Reading!
Review: A school-wide book club choice for 1998-99, Izzy lives a lesson every teen should be prevented from having to learn the hard way. Know who your friends really are! Know that you can make decisions for yourself! Know that being popular is not always the most important thing in life! Read this book then evaluate your own choices in life. Parents, read it, too. It's a great story and will teach you much about the decisions your children make every day.

Summary: A drunk driver changes a girls life forever.
Review: Izzy is a story of how one mistake can change a persons life forever with a crash, a truley outsanding book.

Summary: A great book--shows there more to life than looks!
Review: This is one of my favorite books (Cynthia Voight is my favorite author) and I guess you could call me a bookworm, but this story was great. Sad, but true, it shows how friendships can change. Once you've been in an accident like that, you know who your real friends are. And also, it shows the emotional, as well as physical changes that take place. I would recommend this book to every teen with a driver's license, because it demonstrates the havoc you can wreak on another person's life... Enjoy!!

Review: Izzy, Willy-Nilly is a great book. It showed how couragious one girl can really be. Even though she has lost one of her legs she still manages to keep her life normal. After her tramatic accident her friends desert her and act as if they don't know her anymore. She becomes friends with a very wierd girl. She feels that this new girl is the only one she can talk to now.

Summary: THE MOST BORING BOOK EVER!
Review: THE BEGINING OF A BOOK IS SUPPOSED TO GRAB THE READER'S ATTENTION. THIS BOOK DIDN''T! MY FRIEND SAID THAT SHE GOT THROUGH 3 CHAPTERS AND GOT BORED. I DIDN'T STOP BUT IT WAS TIME UNNESSARILY WASTED. WE AGREE WITH THE READER FROM SEATTLE. WE APPEAL TO ANY PERSON READING THIS BOOK, STOP! FIND ANOTHER BOOK! (NO OFFENCE TO THE AUTHOR AND ANYONE WHO LIKES it of coarse) sorry for the shouting. didn't know.:)

Summary: A GREAT BOOK!!!!!
Review: This is a great book about a teenage girl who is in a wreck because of a drunk driver, and must have the lower part of her leg amputated. Even her closest friends desert her and she finds a girl whom she hardly knew as her best friend. Cynthia Voigt has written a great book that all girls should read.

Summary: Izzy's Life Turned Upside-Down
Review: I just finished reading, Izzy, Willy-Nilly, and I was somewhat impressed with the dramatic situation that Voigt is able to express. I was slightly disappointed though, because I was hoping something good would come of this situation, but everything just stayed the same or got worse. I guess I wouldn't know what it's like to be crippled, but it seems like things would be a little bit better than the way Izzy expressed them. However, I thought this book was well written. Voigt captured every emotion any human being could ever dream of, and she found an interesting way to display these emotions.

Summary: Melodramatic pap!
Review: Come on! Ever heard of a prosthesis? This is the worst kind of pity-pot, melodramatic, victim story. The trauma of disabilty is real. This book is not.

Summary: poor Izzy
Review: Poor Izzy! I'm sure anyone can sympathize with the bright intellegent girl gone out for one night of fun ruining her life as she knew it! but in this book you are forced not only to sympithize but to be with Izzy every moment of her long tiresome batle. The only complaint I have about this book is that its written in first person and we don't know the feelings of the other characters. Bravo on exeptional work! alana norto

Summary: If u read this book, you'll be as depressed as the Izzy
Review: do not read this book. i urge you not to. even if someone is holding a gun to your head, and the only way they wont fire is if you read this book, and your life depends on it, dont. It's awful. It's painful to read. I truely can't say enough bad things about this book. Girl looses leg. Girl is sad. There. Now you can say that you read the book, cause you know the entire story.
