Rating: ![4 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-4-0.gif) Summary: Izzy, Willy-Nilly Review: This novel is about a young girl named Isobelle Lingard, "Izzy", who must pay consequences for a choice she makes. Izzy is a cheerleader and very popular amongst her school. However, her life changes after she suffers severe injuries in a car crash caused by a drunk driver. It takes a girl, Rosamunde, to make Izzy accept what has happened to her. Rosamunde will not let Izzy feel different from anyone else and will not let her be pitied. Izzy comes to know what her real friends are like and she makes a great friend. Because of Rosamunde, Izzy was given the courage to return to school and face her friends and peers that she was once afraid and embarrassed to be seen by. She was afraid of being different and not looking as pretty as everyone pictures her to be. The author wrote this book sending out a message of what can happen with drinking and driving. It is a great message that should be sent out especially to teen-agers. We are forced to pay consequences of our own actions. The author uses literary devices such as foreshadowing and symbolism. The author's overall theme is to be careful of the decisions we make. Our actions can not only affect ourselves, but also the people we are surrounded by. Drinking and driving is a major problem that people are faced with today. Hopefully reading this book will make teenagers, as well as adults, realize that our stupidity can hurt the ones we love most.

After Izzy beleives she will be ok she discovers she must have the leg amputated. This becomes a huge emotional issue with Izzy. She no longer wants to talk to her friends or family.Izzy comes to terms with her injury and in the end of the book is becoming more comfortable with herself. This book teaches a wonderful lesson and helps kids become aware of things in the world. I would recommend this book to teens because of it's importence.

Rating: ![4 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-4-0.gif) Summary: Izzy Willy-Nilly Review: This book was a very well written book. The story about Izzy was very realistic. This is a good story for teenagers to read about drinking and driving and about how it can ruin your life. To go to a life that is perfect to "not so perfect" is very hard to deal with. I would recommend all this book to all teenagers.
Rating: ![4 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-4-0.gif) Summary: Its a great book for everyone Review: I liked this book because its about never drive home with someone who is drunk and always wear your seatbelt. Here is how it begiuns, Izzy woke up in a hospital where she found her mom beside her. She had her leg in a cast. The doctor sad on of her legs might be limp. Then about five minutes later the doctor told her that they might have to amputate. She gets memories back after awhile. She remembers a tree and her in the passanger seat. The book goes to the past after that. A boy asked Izzy to the post-football game his name was Marco. He was a senior. Their were comming home from the game with Marco and he was drunk she didnt put on her seatbelt. Now she is crippled and has a plastic leg now. I liked it because it has a interesting twisted to it. It has responsibilities You have to take after parties. That why the book is a great book to read.
Rating: ![4 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-4-0.gif) Summary: Izzy Willy Nilly Review: Izzy was a passenger in the car, Marco was drunk and was driving from a party. All Izzy can remember is that she was going face to face toward a tree. She ended up in a hospital for a month. The doctor told her that they would have to amputetate her leg. Because of Marco, she has to pay for his ignorince. This book is sad and I didn't like it that much but it did teach a lesson.
Rating: ![3 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-3-0.gif) Summary: i kind of liked this book Review: I give this book a three because this book is sad. I think this book is sad because Izzy goes to a senior party with a boy named Marco and he gets drunk and as soon as he is ready to go home he gets into his car and he drives right into a tree. Then we found out that Izzy has to get her leg cut off and after a month she goes back to school and Marco called her a bad name because she was crippled. I like this book because it was intersting. I thought the book was intersting because it talkes about what you never now is going to happen to you and you should take adventage of what you have.
Rating: ![3 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-3-0.gif) Summary: Hated this book! Review: It had a ugly cover. It had cuss words in it. It was long.It should have had a better begining. Some of the chapters don`t really give you a lot of information. It`s descriptions needed a little bit more descrition. The charicters names wre boring. It was hard to keep track of the charicters. This book was sad.I would not recomend it because it was not enteresting and the charicters were mean.
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: Izzy,Willy,Nilly Review: I really liked this book because it shows you to always wear a seatbelt because you don't know what is going to happen. Like Izzy did she was in the passenger seat of her freinds car,now all she can remember is her in the passangeer seat and she notices that the driver is going strait toward a tree. She can't see who is driving because she was dreaming it at the time. She ends up in a hospital. The doctor came in and told her that her leg would have to be amputated. She is now a cripple. She ends up getting a plastic leg. Now she is just learning to walk. she spends a month in the hospital and going through therapy, she finally gets to go home and get back to school. But when she gets their her friend Marco starts to make fun of her because she is a cripple.Yes I would recamend this book to others because it remindes kids to wear a seatbelt.
Rating: ![1 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-1-0.gif) Summary: Nicole's revised review of Izzy, Willy-Nilly Review: This book was not that good for me. It went too slow. I like adventure books and this is not one of them.My book is about Izzy goes to a party. Her date was drinking and they got into a wreck. She had to get her leg amputated. She got really depressed because she was in a stuffy hospital and her room was just plain it wasn't different. Which she liked being different from everybody else. When she got to go home she found out she had to get a fake leg. I would recommend this book to anyone who likes books that go slow, and are boring. This book just went on and on talking she described every little detail. I could just fall asleep reading this book.
