Summary: Telling Christina Goodbye
Review: The book "Telling Christina Goodbye" by: Lurlene McDaniel was a tremendous book. This book is not only sad, but its also very uplifting. The fact that this group: Cody, Trisha, Christina, and Tucker, are as close as they are, makes this book bring you to tears.
A little about the book: The car accident that they got into ruined every single one of their lives. The accident left Cody in coma, Christina dead, and Trisha wounded, yet Tucker was fine. Trisha had a hard time moving on from Christinas death, and had been waiting for Cody to wake up. As Tucker had been walking around, everyone blaming him for his girlfriends (Christinas) death. When Cody woke up he didn't remember Trisha (his girlfriend). Trisha had to work on it until Cody started to remember her, and fall in love with her again. Trisha made a new friend Abby, and they became close. Abby understood how it felt to be in Trishas place, because she had lost her brother in a car accident just a few years before.
This book is very uplifting because it makes you realize that you can't stay stuck in nuetral, you got to move on with life. No matter what happens, don't forget the memories but also, make new ones.
Any book of Lurlene McDaniels, can bring you to tears yet lift you up. If you get a chance, read one of them.

Summary: Interesting!
Review: The book I read was called "Telling Christina Boodbye." I liked the book cause it involes Three teenagers. What I did not like about the book was when they get into a car accident and other things happen. The characters are christina, Tuck, Tori, Cody.It all started when Tuck was driving homee from a basketball game. Christina was seating on the pasenger side and tori and cody were seating in the back. It was cold and icy. People in front them were driving all crazy so tuck decided to pass them when he was going hey had slipped on black ice and rolled down the hill like about 3 to 4 times. Tuck and Tori walked away and cody was in a comma and Christina had died. Things went different between them cause Cody couldn't remember anything not even His own girlfriend. Tuck still thinking about Christina. Tori became strong and finished Chirstina's work and all. I think people should read this book cause its interesting and sad. The author wrote a pretty good book, and I enjoyed reading it. I hope to read more books she wrote.

Summary: Telling Christina Goodbye
Review: The book, "Telling Christina Goodbye" was a fiction book. The theme of this book is teenage relationships. In this book, the main problems was the accident they get into and how that changes all their lives. Christina's best friend, Trisha, was the only one who knew what was going on in Christina's and Tucker's relationship. The whole school thought that they were good together and that there were no problems in their relationship but actually he was very mean to her.

One day, Trisha, her boyfriend Cody, Christina, and her boyfriend Tucker, all went to a basketball game. Tucker got into a fight with this guy who he thought was flirting with Christina. This got them kicked out. It was like Tucker to always ruin their plans. Since it was still pretty early out, they went to grab a bite to eat. On the way to the restraunt, a passing car with a couple of guys in it were having a little fun and kept cutting Tucker off. Tucker got really mad and tried to pass them and cut them off. As he went into the other lane, he tried to get pass them but they wouldn't let him. Not seeing an ice pack infront of him, he crashed the car into it. Could this be the end of their lives?

This book really makes you think because if you had a very controlling boyfriend or girlfriend, would you still be with them? I learned that a car is not a toy. Always concentrate while driving because once you get behind that wheel, your controlling a machine that kills.

I recommend this book to teenagers who just started driving. The reason I did that because this book will make you understand that driving is a privlege and it can be taken away from you really quick. Never play around while driving because not only will you kill yourself but also the other people in the car too.
