Summary: Just Couldn't put it down!
Review: This is one of the best books I have ever read. The main character, Domineca, amazes me. I read it in about two days and enjoyed every bit of it. I would recommend this book for anyone who enjoys realistic fiction!

Summary: Great Reading
Review: I am doing this review for a book club. It is about a girl, named Dominica(called Dinnie) with a father who enjoys moving all over America. She gets pushed into situations that she wish she didn't. She is tired of moving, but her father always says that it's a oportunity to move. Her sister becomes pregnant and has a baby, which that don't have room in their house for. She kind of gets kicked out of her own house. She is forced to live with her aunt and uncle who have a school in Switzerland. For about 10 months she has to live with people she doesn't want to. When she first arrives in Switzerland, she is nervous and is afriad of what may lie ahead. After about a month she mets a few friends, which individually has their own personalities. At the end of the year she is sad about leaving her friends. And she doesn't want to leave.

Summary: Our Perspective on Bloomability
Review: we thought that this book was very enjoyable and could relate to every one of us. As teenagers we felt all of Dinny's emotions while we were reading. We felt Guthrie was the comic relief of the book, so was lila, Belen and Keisuke were the Romeo and Juliet of the book. Our favorite part of the book was when Dinny was waiting for the rescue team to dig up Guthrie and Lila from under the avalanche. It was one of the climaxes in the book.Over all this book was excellent

Summary: Bloomability
Review: I loved Walk Two Moons and Chasing Redbird, (both by Sharon Creech,) so when I saw Sharon Creech had a new book out I really wanted to read it. The main character, a 13 year old girl named Dinnie, goes to a boarding school in Switerland. Her uncle is the headmaster, and he claims it to be a great oppertunity for her. Dinnie at first does not like the idea, but it turns out to be the time of her life. There are students from all around the world there, and they get to go on all sorts of really great trips. This book is funny, yet it really makes you think. A great read, definetly worth the six bucks you pay.

Summary: Sort of boring...
Review: I liked how the book was worded but it went a little too slow. It wasn't really exciting because it was just about an ordinary school year of a girl who happened to have lived in various places, and how traveling to a boarding school changed her life. The book dragged a great deal at the parts that had their main focus on Lila. She was a very boring character; in my opinion.

Summary: A five-star Story
Review: I loved this book! It is now my all time favorite. My librarian had me read it after I read the other Sharon Creech books. I love how she connected the books Absolutely Normal Chaos, Chasing Redbird, Walk Two Moons and Bloomability. I loved how different all of the characters personalities were. I thought it was really cool how it took place in Switzerland and how Sharon Creech brought the Italian language into the story. I liked the similies she used to describe the characters (e.g. Lila was a "pistol"). It was very funny how alike Lila and her mother were. The two aunts of Dinnie were very comical. They would both be writing about each other in their letters which I found quite funny. I hope that I can become and author and write as well as all of my favorite authors write. Congratulations on your fabulous book. You've given J.K. Rowling a run for her money!

Summary: Bloomibility
Review: I think that this book is great! It's a really good pick for readers. It's about a girl who is seperated from her family to go and live in a boarding school in Switzerland, in which her uncle is the head master! Mainly, if you like books about people trying to overcome their fears, and face the odds against them, this book is for you!

Summary: This book was amazing!
Review: When I first started this book I thought it was slow, but as I got into it I felt that I was with Dinnie. I was a book that I could not put down. It kept me wanting to read more. And Dinnie was not a super perfact kid made it more beliving. I hope Sharon Creech comes up with a sequel.

Summary: A wonderful example of finding new "Bloomabilities" in life
Review: Sharon Creech has done it again! Bloomability is a story about a girl named Dinnie who has moved all around the U.S. because of her father and his new, so-called "opportunities". One night, she is so-called kidnapped by her aunt and uncle and is whisked away to Lugano, Switzerland where her aunt and uncle enroll her into a private school filled with different kinds of people. While she is in school, a lot of different, and good, things happen to her. She relizes that there are always "Bloomabilities" everywhere in the world.
