Summary: I loved this book because of how it the plot carried you.
Review: I'm yet another person to say I LOVED THIS BOOK!! It was so easy to read. The plot just kind-off carried you with it. I was right there and I was the main charactor, it just clicked. Besides that, it was so upbeat and funny I couldn't put it down. This is the kind of book you keep in your room and read over and over. Everyone HAS to read this book!

Summary: Not the Best, Where's the Romance?
Review: I'm sorry to say that this isn't a very good work of Sharon Creech. I loved the romance and dry humor that was found in Absolutely Normal Chaos, Walk Two Moons, and even Chasing Redbird. This book was rather thrown together, not much plotting, but plodding. Oh well, she did make some other bad low-reading level books like Soccer Shock. Just goes to show the maturity of writers as they write...

Summary: A Fabulous Book, A Must-Read!
Review: This book is definitely one of Sharon Creech's best books. After reading her first book, Walk Two Moons, I bought every book in the series! This book is a beautifully written story about Domenica Santolina Doone(or Dinnie)when she goes to an international school in Switzerland. She has tons of great adventures, and ends up in Bybanks, Kentucky, where Walk Two Moons ends up too. When I finished This book, I wondered if the characters would meet. Sharon Creech is a wonderful writer!

Summary: This book is great!
Review: This is a story about a girl, Domenica who goes to Europe, to Switzerland, to school. I have also read another book by Sharon Creech, Walk Two Moons, and when I read it, I thought that it was the best, but this book is even better!

Summary: This book is amazing!!
Review: I absolutely loved this book!! I have always wanted to go to Europe and this book takes place in Switzerland. I guess I could say I laughed, I cried, it became a part of me. At times I felt I was with Dinnie in Switzerland not knowing where home really was or loving Switzerland but feeling guilty that I liked it. Sometimes while reading this book I felt like crying I felt what Dinnie felt . Though I loved this book I think there should be a sequel, I find my self wondering what happened to Dinnie. I have put this book on my list of best books. I highly recommend it to anyone!!!

Summary: One of the best books our book club has read!
Review: We read this book in a book club of sixth grade girls. The response was unanimous -- we all loved it! The character development was superb -- the characters seemed very real. Everyone wanted the book to keep going. We loved the setting, and the glimpses of Switzerland and Italy. The use of language by the author was very impressive.

We also have read the author's book Walk Two Moons, and we liked that very much as well.

We recommend this book to all middle school girls.

Summary: Another award winning story by Sharon Creech!
Review: Have you ever had a second life? Could you imagine leaving your poor family to go to an expensive boarding school in Switzerland to live with your aunt and uncle? Thirteen year old Dinny has. It was an opportunity. To Domenica Santolena Doone {other wise know as Dinny}it was kidnapping because it wasn't her choice. As she's there though, it really does seem like home. With her mysterious family barely writing her any letters she feels like she belonged there. Meeting new people, going hiking with friends, skiing down the dangerous slopes of St. Moritz and more, are only a few of the exiting adventures of this new life. As you listen to Dinny's dreams and get to know the characters you'll really know how good this touching story of a girl and her life is, and you'll really get the feel of Bloomability.

Summary: A wonderful, I couldn't put it down, page turner book!
Review: Since I go to an international school my self, I could totally relate to this amazing book. It is about a girl named Dinnie that moves to Switzerland and goes to the internatioal school there. Along with the great storyline and plot and wonderful dialoge, I loved it because everything that Sharon Creech said about living in a forgien country, I could absoulty relate to. Sharon Creech, if you are reading this, I would be honored to hear more about what you think about living in another country and going to an international school. Please write at dawson_creek15@alloymail.com I recommend this book to EVERYONE and especally if you go to an international school!!!
