Summary: Best series I have ever read (No Kidding)
Review: I've been reading Johm Marsdens book for 3 or 4 years, I just can't get enough. I have never read any other book/series that reaches out and touches the hearts of all it's readers. I've have had the pleasure of meeting JM in person and he signed the 5 books i owned from the series (that's all there was at the time) after giving a talk to a lecture hall full of students. He shared some of his writing secrets and tips with us and we all learned a lot. It is an experience I will never forget, and a memory i will forever treasure. I recomend that every one reads this book, as it is exceptionally well written and throughly enjoyable. I usually try to read the complete series 2 to 3 (or once 4) times a year. I can hardly wait until the 7th (and suposed final) book is released later this year.

Summary: TOMORROW WHEN THE WAR BEGAN was highly entertaining .
Review: the book was entertaining because it was full of drama and excitement. The characters were likable and down to earth. Even with the enormous amount of pressure these kids were under they managed to maintain their integrity

Summary: intelligent adventure
Review: One of the best books I've read in a long time. Very creative in delving into how would you react if your country was invaded and you & a handful of friends were among the few who have escaped capture? How would you survive? Could you do anything to help your friends and family or even help win the war? Shows teenagers being real, smart, and rising to the occasion in a very realistic, creative, and compelling story. The later two books in the series are also good, but this one is truly excellent.

Summary: Tommorow, Never come
Review: This is a scary look into the possibility of war. It descibes in acurate detail the beuitiful Australian bush, and the writing is fast pasted and interesting. The best in the series!

Summary: A true book of excellence!
Review: I loved this book! The action was totally cool and John Marsden was great at describing everything in excellent detail! I was kept in major suspense. The reason for me buying this book was because so many people from my Humanities class (8th grade) read it and said it was awesome! I have The Dead of Night too (which I am reading now) and I can't wait to get the others!!

Summary: Had a hard time putting it down so I could sleep!
Review: I thought this book was very entertaining considering I will do about anything to keep from reading a book. I'm from Southern California so I haven't a clue what Australia is like (except for the Crocodile Hunter). I think the book gave me some good insight on the teens in that area. I found myself staying up fairly late reading so that I had to tell myself, "Ok, go to sleep now so you can get up tommarrow!" Again, I thought it was very entertaining and good insight on that part of the world.
