Review: The book, I Stay Near You by M.E. Kerr is three books in one with a single connection; a ring inscribed with the words "I Stay Near You." The book is divided into generations. This is a complicated book with a complicated chain of events. A different family member tells each story at a different point of view about a love tangle. As the book continues through the generations, the connection of the ring becomes associated with the complications of main characters in search of their true love.
This is a very unusual book in the way it is written. The different perspectives of the three individual stories result in some confusion concerning the connections. Despite the confusion however, this book is original in the way that there are hardly any other books like it, which makes it extremely hard to put down. It is very suspenseful in the way that the reader wants to know what the connections are between the three completely different stories of romance. The relationship between the ring and the three stories is not evident until all three stories are read, which makes this book a quick read.
Overall, this book was very well written because of its uniqueness. Each character had similar situations with problems that can be related to real love tangles. This book was very engaging because it is full of suspense regarding the ring and the links of the generations. It is a book very worth reading because it is a quick read that is easily related to life. A variety of feelings are left with the reader at the book's end which creates an unforgettable book.

Review: This is one of the best books I ever read. I read it probably 5 time when I was 10-14. The story holds you and stays with you. I recomend it to any young woman who craves romance and an interesting story.
