Rating: Summary: Numair is the bestest character! Review: In The Realms of The Gods was what I was waiting for! I like the romance and find it warming. Go read this awesome book; I read it a zillion times!
Rating: Summary: My answer is five syllables: This book is OK! Review: Now this has to be the best book I have ever read since the first one I read, which is called <duh> Wild Magic. When I read about the part when Numair frees Daine from those spidrens, I just wanted to yell and roar and sing my head off when those two finally kissed. It's just so obvious when you read about the hints in books 1 through 3. I read that part over and over again: I never got tired of it: until I got to the part when they were in Port Legann. Now that one was an eye opener. Hunger and desperation-huh, any longer and they would have ended up on the ground if it wasn't for Diamondflame's little interruption. Then it started to get boring again until I got to the part about Rikash's death <Man, I liked him, even if he was a Stormwing> Then when I read about Ozorne's or should I say Ozone's death, I felt like cheering. Uusoae was a total fool. She is no more powerful than her brothers and sisters and yet a young woman named Daine defeated her. When I finally read the blasted ending<I DON'T SKIP PAGES PEOPLE> I was pretty much into gasping for breath after I finished laughing so hard. When I read that part about Numair asking her to marry him, I was happy with what I got. But that leaves a BIG question on my mind: Will they ever get married? One more thing about Emperor Mage-give me a break about that Emperor Mage come on, he's no mage, but a weakling and a fool- and Varice? What a puffball!
Rating: Summary: Let me sum it up in one word..... GREAT Review: Okay, I have just finished reading the entire Immortals series FOR THE SECOND TIME in the past week. She has got to write more books about Diane and the rest. If she doesn't I am seriously going to go INSANE. I keep on drifting back into the world of Tortall, until I finally break down and read the book yet another time. My dreams are about it. My day dreams are about it. (and my math grades haven't been the same, either) A DESPRATE plee from reader to writer, MORE of the Immortals!! P.S. Getting to the romance in this story, you can guess it in the first two books, and a big HINT is slapping you (or maybe Ozorne's) in the face in the third, and in this last one definatly makes your heart thud. Age is NO matter agianst love.
Rating: Summary: PERFECT! Review: I love this book. I LOVE IT! It's got everything any reader could ever want.. Romance, an enemy, adventure, fantasy.. The list could go on forever!
Rating: Summary: enchanting and romantic Review: I think the romance with Numair and Daine was long awaited. Upon reading these reviews some found the relationship gross and they must have been blind as to the clues given in the previous books. Their relationship was NEVER father daughter and always hinted at something more. It's storybook love. Get over it.
Rating: Summary: It just keeps getting better... Review: Amazing--like the first three, each book gets better and better! The adventures are a perfect blend of love, hate, spells, and battles. I managed to lose track of time when I dove between the covers of this magical book, staying up until 3am just so I didn't have to keep myself in suspense wondering what happened. This book manages to grab your attention in the first few pages and lock it in place for the remainder of the story. I would definately recommend it to any and all fantasy book fans.
Rating: Summary: Awesome, thrilling, romantic Review: This book and the rest of the Immortals series are great books. They are great for young readers and provide a new way to look at things. This book has a wide array of charachters my personal favorites being kitten,Tkka, leaf, the badger, and Numair
Rating: Summary: Exciting and Memorable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Review: I absolutely loved all of her books and read then over and over again. Must be read!!! I can not tell how much I loved all of her books (including the Alanna quartet) from first step to last page they kept me turning. I look forward to reading her next series with the same interest (I WISH TAMORA WOULD WRITE MORE BOOKS WITH THESE CHARACTERS!!!!!!!!!!) I loved them all sooooooooo much!!!!!!
Rating: Summary: GOTTA READ IT! Review: This book is the best book I've ever read in my entire life! (Well, at least one of the best books!) And not just the book, but the whole quartet! With all the talking to animals and little Kitten, this book was impossible to put down! The ONLY thing I thought was a LITTLE boring was the part with the chess game and all those strange dreams, I thought those were kinda useless. And I thought the romance between Daine and Numair was suprising, I've always thought of Numair as kinda of a fatherly guy that looks out for her, but as I read the book over and over and thought about it, its easy to see they're the perfect couple. This is a great series for anyone that likes adventure, romance, and all that good stuff! BUT you have to read the quartet in order cause I tried to read Wolf Speaker first and I was confused. And also, the Circle of Magic Quartet, Tamora's newest, ROCKS it is one of my favorites, you have to read it!!
Rating: Summary: The Best of the Best!!! Review: I have read every single one of Tamora's books, and this is my very favorite! It has everything-romance, suspence, action, and even those cute little darkings that are made out of Orzone's blood-and is just the most awsome book I have ever read!! I think that it was NOT over rated, it deserves 10 stars!! The only thing I suggest in reading this quartet is to read them in order, I tried to read Wolf Speaker before Wild Magic and I was very confused. And I think Daine and Numair are the perfect couple, despite age. (How old is Numair again...?) It was a good conclusion to her best quartet yet.
