Rating: Summary: HIGHLY ANNOYING! Review: Gaia just wasn't meant to feel fear! Why doesn't she see that? Throughout the whole of this book Gaia's a silly, timid and shy girl with no trace of the real her. She seems to have gone through a complete transformation by getting those unnecessary fear genes!! Even Jake's confused now about whether he likes Gaia like before or not! And Gaia can't beat the crap out of one single being on the streets in this book! Terror is definitely not for anyone who got hooked to the series for Gaia's toughness and fighting skills. In simple words, this book is not for any real Fearless fan at all. And if Gaia doesn't get back to being Fearless again somehow, the rest of the books in the series will be equally irritating. And sad.
Rating: Summary: A new Gaia Review: After 17 years Gaia Moore is finally feeling fear after receiving gene therapy from Dr. Ulrich. This new Gaia screams at a cockroach, is afraid of a Doberman, is constantly paranoid of herself, and is wanting to "fit in". For the first time we see Gaia caring about her appearance and come on, it just has to be hilarious to read about a "blond Gaia" and her episode with shaving. But this new Gaia hasn't all been good. Her newfound paranoia and jealousy has caused rifts with her relationships with Jake. Plus I think this whole fear thing has clogged Gaia's judgment. How could she avoid all those warnings from Oliver? Jake isn't sure if he likes this new Gaia or not. For one he fell in love with her because of her independence and toughness. The good thing is they finally had their conversation, but Gaia is reminding him more and more like a vulnerable girl, and Jake isn't too keen on dating more girls like that. Ed is still recovering in the hospital. This is the one part of the book that I think Francine did not give enough justice to. When was the last time Ed was only mention in one chapter of the book? And yes, I am still an Ed and Gaia believer. The FOHs are back to their plotting selves again, and this time their target is Gaia. There must be something special about her since she seems to snag all the hot guys! Not much new plots happened in this book. Pretty much a continuation of 31. The ending was a semi-cliffhanger that makes you want to read the next book desperately. As for my opinions of this new Gaia, I dunno. The reason I loved Gaia was because of her kick-ass attitude. This new girl is a bit scary at times but maybe I'm just getting used to her.
Rating: Summary: AWESOME Review: DEFINATE MUST READ. GAIA SHOULD HAVE STAYED FEARLESS. SHE SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO OLIVER WHEN HE TOLD HER NOT TO DO THE OPERATION. I WISH MS. PASCAL WOULD GIVE GAIA ANOTHER FRIEND LIKE MARY. MY FAVORITE BOOKS IN THE WHOLE SERIES ARE THE ONES WITH HER, ED AND GAIA PLAYING TRUTH OR DARE. WHEN MS. PASCAL WAS WRITING ABOUT GAIA AND MARY, THE BOOKS WERE MUCH MORE ENTERTAINING. AND I DONT REALLY LIKE JAKE, I THINK GAIA AND ED NEED TO GET BACK TOGETHER AND STAY TOGETHER...BUT I STILL LOVE FEARLESS SO YOU NEED TO READ THIS BOOK!!
Rating: Summary: This is so annoying Review: Gaia is so annoying now! she's a total girly girl - if i wanted 2 read 'bout a girly girl I'd read Sweet alley High. FEARLESS is better than this!!!!!! i hope that 33 is better bcause this 1 was just plain annoying and that'sa ll i have 2 say!
Rating: Summary: Gaia has been ruined Review: I love the Fearless series but this book doesn't even seem like part of the series. Gaia is not supposed to feel fear. It makes her different from the characters of every other YA book. Gaia as an insecure, scared teenager makes this book the absolute worst of the Fearless series. It reminds me of when Gaia was delusional in the SuperEdition: Gaia Abducted. She is that different. And her with the "unbearable" FOH's is unbearing.
If you love the Fearless series, don't even bother reading this edition. You'll be extremely disappointed.
Rating: Summary: Stop the series, I want to get off! Review: I'd like to start off by saying that the worst Gaia book is still a helluva lot better than most YA books out there. Granted, Terror was a low point for the series in my opinion. But in the overall course of over thirty books, the FEARLESS series is not-to-be-put-down.
I only started reading it a year ago, when I randomly picked up the first book at my public library for an easy 'gulp' read on a long car trip. I soon found myself canvassing bookstores, the net, libraries and friends' bookshelves to get my hands on the Gaia books as fast as I could, and when I had a nice big stack, I read them all. I have since continued to collect them and read new ones in the series as they came out, and overall I was not disappointed.
And while I can see the necessity of Gaia finally experiencing true fear (just so she can understand the great points of her fearlessness and why others will go to such great lengths to have what she thinks of as a disability), and while I appreciate the irony of Gaia finally finding a guy who likes her because she's fearless and mysterious and complicated (Jake) just when she starts to turn into a 'normal' girl, I was disappointed by this book, not by any twists of plot, but by the characters that have been all but abandoned. Sam has vanished yet again, now that he's served his purpose in helping Gaia capture Yuri. It was looking like the Ed-and-Gaia friendship (which was one of the things that captivated me in the early books) might finally get back on track, but now Ed's in the hospital and soon the series will be drawing to a close.
Colour me disappointed. Tom Moore is gone again, and while that's not unusual, it's a downer. And while I never really liked Heather, we weren't supposed to LIKE her, just understand why she was the way she was, and now that we do, she, too, has been MIA for several books. Enter the Rodkes, who I could have done without, and Gaia's sudden desire to be liked by the FOH's (though they have helped her in the past) throws me off. All in all, Terror was a disappointment, and while I'll finish the rest of the series, I'm taking a breather first.
Rating: Summary: Compared to the other, this one wasn't that great. Review: There were parts that I loved. I love Jake and I think that Gaia and him make a good team, but I hate how she pulled a 360 and was afraid of everything. I admire her for her karate skills and bravery, but Pascal, I guess it was neat seeing how she could be normal. I will love this book a lot more if she turns back to being fearless. I love how Ed has grown, I hope either he will learn to live without her, or that he'll get back with her (perferably, without either one getting physically or mentally hurt). Overall, I love this series and don't see how i could live without it.
Rating: Summary: Less Action, More Development Review: This 32nd volume of Fearless is different form most of the others. There is very little action here. We do get a health dose of plot and character development however. In the previous book, Gaia underwent gene therapy to cure her fearlessness and thus, hopefully, add some normalcy to her life. Here is what everyone is up to. Gaia - Feeling fear and being confused by it. Jake - Confused by the new Gaia, but they did have "the conversation." Oliver - Concerned for Gaia. Maybe. Ed - Still recovering in the hospital. Liz Rodke - Still championing Gaia. This time with a society event. FOH - Reluctantly decide Gaia must have something going for her as she keeps landing the great guys. Shadowy operatives - Still in the background keeping an eye on Gaia. This one ends with a bigger cliffhanger than most which wants us to read the next one. It promises to have more bang than this one.

Rating: Summary: A Great Book! Review: This book has a new storyline, finally we get some answers that were wondering in our heads. I bought the book when I first saw it and I read it in like 1 hr. The book kept you in suspense.I think it's stupid that there is still people after her. I mean didn't they already catch all the enmenies already? Well something for sure we know now is that Gaia and Jake are together. I hope she doesn't have one of those short-term relationships beacause of her stupid enmenies.
