Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: A book to read in one sitting!!!!!!!!!!! Review: Jade Green has to be one of the best books on earth!!! I absolutely HATE anything scary, but even by reading the first couple of pages, I had to have it for my own! Naylor describes Judith, the main charater so well that when she screams, you feel like doing the same! There are the spookiest events that take place that is supposedly happening by Jade's ghost. But how? Is it because of the forbidden color of green on the picture frame witholding her mother's cherrished photo that Judith brought into the house? There is always something coming from around the corner, so you gotta watch out! It keeps you so curious throughout the whole thing. Definately a must read for all kids alike!!!

Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: Jade green: A ghost stroy Review: "As Judith could see the dead hand come out from underneath the bed she screamed..." If you like books that keep you sitting on the edge of your seat, this page turning book is for you! A young orpaned girl goes to live with her uncle Geoffrey on the end of Stone Sreet in a large brown house. Before Judith moved into her Uncles house he had opened his house up to a girl by the name of Jade Green and her uncle was still trying to get over the loss of Jade Green. A few days after Judith had moved in, got a job, and had unpacked all of her thinkgs, strange things began happening to her. Judith really had no idea why these tings were happening to her and then she thought that maybe all the things that were happening to her were being caused by the green picture frame. Judith had one question.... should she keep the picture since it was the only thing left of her mother? Or should she get rid of it since it had been the cause of all her problems.
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: Scary stuff... Review: A young orphaned girl is taken in by her uncle off the streets. But he has one request. That no green is to be brought into that house. But she can not part with the green silk picture frame so she brings it into the house conceled in the bottom of her trunk. Then strange things begin to happen in the house. Scratching from with in the closet. Ghostly touches of her face. Is she going mad or is there something in the house? Did she wake up a haunt by bringing the color green into the house? An inspiring novel by a very talented writer. Read this book and find out what happens in the haunted house...
Rating: ![4 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-4-0.gif) Summary: Review of Jade Green by Kellie Anderson Review: Phyllis Reynolds Naylor does a wonderful job in this bone-chilling suspense story. Although I am an adult, there were times while reading that I had to look over my shoulder to make sure no one was there! Children who enjoy thrillers and scary stories will definitely love this new book by Naylor. Judith, the main character in the story, is a typical, very believable, fifteen-year-old girl who will appeal to young readers in her ability to face controversy head-on with poise, grace, and courage. Although the book has sort of a "rags to riches" theme, the effect is heart-warming and leaves the reader satisfied at the conclusion of the book. It's a real page-turner that won't allow the reader to put the book down!
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: great story Review: this was one of the best books I've read lately. Good ghost story with lots of suspense. The villian of the book was not who I expected it to be, but it was great. You'll be surprised at the end.
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: Naylor Really Nails It! Review: Jade Green is a truly hair-raising ghost story and it has a very frightening but exciting plot. It's a good book for people who are ages nine to twelve years old. Jade Green is about an orphan girl who moves in with her uncle, but there's one rule, you can't bring anything green in the house because a girl named Jade Green died in that house. But, the orphan girl got a green picture frame from her mother before she died. She tries to hide it.....but you'll have to read it to see what happens next! Jade Green is full of surprises... and very, very scary! I could read it over and over! The message of this book is to always listen to what people are saying. For example the uncle says "Get rid of everything green" but the orphan girl didn't get rid of just one thing and that's how this forbidding ghost story starts! You experience a whole other, ghostly world of suspense. Phyliss Reynold Naylor really made everything clear to me, such as who is talking and what is going on at the tim. It's just a really great book!
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: An unexpose love story Review: This book is everything that the editorail reviews say it is. It made me gasp at the cleaver ways of telling the horror that is totaly unpredictable. The only thing I think everyone had forgot mention is the romantic love story that unfolds within. Judith and Zeke fall very much in love and it warms my heart to hear of there romantic first kisses. I do like the mystery and suspense this wonderful tale holds, but I belive I liked hearing about the mild romance, too.
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: One chilling, yet gripping read! Review: I must say, that this book had me hanging on until the end! Soon, she has found a love for her newfound family and she is also happy to have a job and a new beau! But, ever since the first night at her new home...weird things have begun to happen. Judith fears her happiness will be threatened by the ghost of Jade Green, a girl who lived in her new home and commited suicide just three short years ago. But Judith also thinks this is her fault because before she came, her Uncle told her to rid herself of anything green...but Judith couldn't part with the green silk frame from her mother...could she have disturbed an unsettled spirit and brought it back? There is also the worry of her strange 40 year old cousin who has tried more then once to touch her inappropriately. Is Jade Green back to get revenge in a spirit form? You will love this book, I urge you to read it...you won't regret it.
