Summary: Immortals Rule !
Review: I've read all the Tortall books by Tamora Pierce, and I really like the Immortals series a lot better than the Song of the Lioness. Maybe it's because I'm a total animal freak. <known around school for befriending spiders and other bugs that most sane people wouldn't touch:)> Anyway, I like this book because it has a lot about horses (my 3rd fave animal), which makes up for Tammy turning spiders into the evil spidrens (spiders are my 2nd fave animals-- I know, I'm wierd). Still, I've been reading all the customer reviews for the Immortals, and it seems like more and more people start to criticise the series later. I dunno, just thought I'd mention it. It's too bad the dragon <what's her name? Flamewing?> had to die. Still, her baby's cute. The Stormwings are actually kinda cool, even though they're evil <3 in the last 2 books aren't :)> and so is the kraken-thingy-whatever-it-is.

Summary: Definetly one of the best books I've ever read
Review: I got this book for Christmas and didn't think it would be a very good book at all. More than a month later we went on a holiday and I brought it with me . Once I started reading it I couldn't get my nose out of it. After The Lord of the Rings it is my second favorite book

Summary: Guilty Secret... lol
Review: I read this book for the first time in high school, and got majorly picked on by some friends for reading kids' books, that is, until I talked them into checking it out themselves (they all loved it)... in fact I'm going to buy it soon so I can have my own copy (so what if I'm an adult now? ) ... definitely a must-read... especially for females who feel a bit out-of-place when they try to be "properly feminine"! 1

Summary: To sum it all up...
Review: To sum up the entire story (without giving anything away, of course) here's what happened: First, enter one girl, with the strange ability to talk to animals. She (her name is Veralidaine, isn't that pretty?) gets a job with the person who manages the ponies for the Queen, and together they journey away. Along the way, they meet very interesting people, and even more interesting non-people (read the book, and you'll know what I mean). Of course, Veralidaine has a couple of surprises for us, and the world has a couple of surprises for her too. So, while she's thinking things out, there's a problem, a problem which only she can solve....

Summary: Certainly One of the Best!
Review: This book is probably my favorite of all the Tamora Pierce books. The plot is one of which grabs the reader's attention from the first chapter. I enjoyed hearing about Daine, Numair, and Onua's travels and adventures and when I finished the book I immediately got the next one. I really like reading books about magic, and if you do too, this is the series for you! I also liked how I got to read a little more about Alanna from Tamora's earlier series, Song of the Lioness.

Summary: On a scale of 1 to 10, I'd give Wild Magic a 25
Review: Tamora Pierce, the greatest author of all time, has written another miracle. No mere words can express my heartfelt praise: funny, thoughtful, top-of-the-line, number one, At . . . how about it's just, plain wonderful? Daine, a girl blessed with the unique ability to speak with animals, is hired by Onua, the woman that manages the Rider's ponies. The story weaves together danger, adventure, humor, and love in perfect unison. It also touches on the subject of finding your true self, which I thought was brilliant.

I have read Wild Magic, cover to cover more times than I can possibly count. It's perfectly suited to all ages groups. Fifth graders read it and think it's cool the way a girl can talk to animals, whereas high school students may read it and relate to the loyalty, bravery, and compassion of all the characters. If you're going to read one book in your entire life, make this one it. It's a journey unlike any other you have ever encountered. My copy is ragged and torn, but I look upon it like an old friend. I am an extremely avid reader, and out of all the books i've read, i have yet to see one come even close to ranking with Wild Magic. READ THIS BOOK!

Summary: a read again book
Review: I love this book and most all of Tamora Pierces books. I couldn't really get into the Circle of magic Series. I am currently reading Wild Magic for the second time.

Summary: Perfect light reading!
Review: The Immortals series aren't exactly classics, but they're perfect for light reading. I've reread the quartet too many times to count, and I enjoy it every time. These novels have the typical elements of fantasy- wizards, mythical beasts, kings and queens. This story of a girl learning about her mysterious background and how to control her magic which enables her to talk to animals is very entertaining.I also recommend the Song of the Lioness quartet which I feel is even better. This quartet, the predessecor of the Immortal Series, is about a young woman who disguises herself to become a knight. Overall, I enjoy Pierce's books and I'm glad she's writing another fantasy series.

Summary: Great Book!
Review: This book was great! I absolutly adored it. By the way DO NOT READ THIS SERIES BEFORE THE ALANNA SERIES. One of my friends did that and it spoiled it for him. I love the way Daine meet Numair, it was so cool! Ms. Pierce, keep up the great work on future series!
