Summary: Fasinating!
Review: I loved this book! It's filled with action, mystery, adeventure, and love. It's somewhat dark in a sense, that almost all of Larka's compainions die tragically. But overall, its a great book. Ther's sme many twists and turns tht take you all differet kinds of placs. Some parts are hard to understand because of wolf-lore and tales from wovles. It' a whole different way of living. And to read a book through wolves eyes is also a really cool thing. I recommned this book to anyone hwo enjoy animal fantasy!

Summary: FANOMINAL
Review: If I could I'd put 100 stars. I [so] loved this book. Usually I would be so sad because a book is at the end and I wanted to know what happened. But I was content with this book. But the end was [so] so so sad. I cried a long whiel. I got so emotionel over this book. Please, I want the whole world to read this book. I'd read it a second time, but I have school. This book has 503 pages and I enjoyed it [so] much I finished it in 36 hours. ((1.5 days)) I could bearly put it down. I still feel like crying when I think about this book. I'm [so] glad I bought it instead of borrowing it from the library. The characters are so detailed and actually have an understandible back-ground. Please read this fanominal book! Please!

Summary: this is a good book if you got time to read it.
Review: The book (the sight) is about a wolf pack trying to find a safe to raise there cubs.
They are also trying to get away from morgra because she need a cub and a human child to bring back wolfbane and for her to get the power of the sight.
When the pack finds some where safe to have there cubs some thing bad happens.
Not to long after they have there cubs they get accused for stealing a human child. Now the humans are after them to kill them. so the pack is forced to leave there dean or they will be killed by the dogs or by the humans.
The sight is a power that can be used for good and evil. The sight also allows who ever has it to use the eyes of the birds and see what they see.

Summary: Wonderful.
Review: This is a very good book. Very original story. The author does a great job of describing the setting and he does wonders with imagery. He does a very good job of introducing all the characters and he knows how to let everything move along without dragging.

Some of David's weaknesses, however, is that sometimes he has a hard time clearly depicting certain scenes and events, and by the time the scene is over, I'm confused. I didn't really understand what happened. Also, David really needed to develop some of the characters that die off too early in the book. I really wanted to care for some of the good characters that died, but I felt I didn't know enough about them to really sympathize and care.

But, overall, David Clement-Davies did a very good job of writing this book. I need to reread it, however, to clear up any confusion I had...

Summary: Great read for even science fi haters
Review: After I read this I just loved it. The twists and turns catch you by surprise. I gave it to my mom to read who was very reluctant but agreed that she would read it. After she read it she was recommending it to all of her friends. It was a wonderful read and unique since it is written from a wolfs point of view.

Summary: All in all, a very great book
Review: I've reviewed this book once before, but I've read it again and after reading between the lines a little, I've made up my again.

This book follows a white wolf posessed of a power that is simply named the Sight. It allows her to see into the past, present, future, and allows her to travel into the minds of birds. Her name is Larka and she heralds a legend made of her and for her. She must fulfill the ancient prophecy that is made and to do so, she must sacrifice herself for the greater good of all animal and mankind.

This book had a lot of strong points, though it did have so low points too. I noticed that verb "growled" in almost every time a wolf spoke. I found it redundent and tiring, and it took a little away from effect. You never realize how badly a word can hinder a book until you read this one. "Growled," "screeched," and "cried" are the preodminant words. Sometimes a simple "said" would do wonders.

Another low point was the final, fatal vision at the end. It was an extreme disappointment. I anticipated something wonderous and new and introspective, but I was disappointed sorely.

However, the rest of the book makes up for the lacks. It tells of human greed, and power, and love, only it used a misunderstood creatures. It tells of humans, of Christianity, and faith, and how if we lose faith, we are lost.

All in all, I loved this book. I loved it better than "Firebringer." In my opinion, "Firebringer" was too lengthy and the author's skipping of years burdened my sense of reality. I loved "Firebringer" as well but in my humble, fifteen year old opinion, it is nowhere as good as "The Sight."

Go David Clement-Davies.

Summary: I would've given it 6 stars if i could've!!!
Review: I read the the back of the book and I thought this is stupid. MAGIC WOLVES! c'mon? I read the book anyway and man am I glad. This isn't some strange sci-fi with aliens and wolves fighting side by side. This is book has it all. Combat. A Difficult Journy. Friendship. Death.( if you have a weak stomache don't read the last 50 pages)and a twist ending that will take your breath away. If you don't buy the book here, go to a library, do SOMTHING! Just make sure you read it!
