This story talk about a child that lived in India. After she moved an other country. Her name was Mary. Her parents were from England. She had many servants but no one loved Mary, and Mary loved no one. Mary goes to England. She went home to England to live with her uncle, Mr. Archibald Craven. She had never been to England and she knew nothing about her uncle. One of Mr.Craven's servant,Mrs. Medlock met Mary in London. She was a fat woman with a red face and little black eyes. The Mary's uncle was a hunchback. His wife was a sweet, pretty woman. Around his house there was a moor. Mary had a new servant. Her name was Martha. Mary could not to put her clothes. Martha didn't want to dress her. Martha has a brother. Her brother is called Dickon.Mr.Craven shut the garden's door ten years ago,when his wife died. Ben was a gardener. He knews all about the garden. There was a bird in the garden. He was singing to her. Mary found the key on the ground. Mary puts the key into the door of the secret garden. There were many flowers. Those are very beautiful. Dickon is the best Martha's friend. The Mr.Craven's son is Colin. He could not walk. At last this story,Mary,Dickon, and Colin were walking together in the secret garden.

Do you believe in magic? If you read The Secret Garden you will experience the amazing magic, I am sure.
Mistress Mary Lennox was born in India. Her parents paid no attention to her. Mary is not loved by all, she is spoiled, gloomy, sullen, and selfish in India. Suddenly, her parents die and she goes to live with her uncle on the Yorkshire moors of England. But also her uncle is an apathetic person.
When she arrived in Yorkshire she found another person who looked like herself. He is her selfish sickly cousin Colin. Mary and Colin discover his mother's garden. They take care of flowers and trees together, and they have a great deal of fun together. Mary learns to accept that there are other people in the world, and she helps Colin. The garden's magic makes the two children's characters normal and happy through good people and the beautiful secret garden.
I wish that you would read this book; if you need to love, if your mind has been devastated, if your life is dry and boring, if you lose interest in everything, then read The Secret Garden and your mind will sprout " The word is so beautiful." I still smell many kinds of sour smelling blushful roses in the secret garden. The sweet roses are coloring my mind still ......... I love them so.

I recommend this book because of it was comparatively written word and sentence but content is so great in this book. I love it, which there are mystery and love of family in it. As I read I'd like to know more substance and story. I was captured this book.

There are three main characters in it. One of girl boy and his father who were given love not enough. So they were spending poor time each other long time, Even so this book is so pretty and lovely because they could change themselves life to happy in the garden that has a magic and love.

This book was written it that if there is love that you needs you could change your life. Please try reading "The secret garden". You must be like it and keep remain in your heart! It is worth to read spend time

Review: The secret garden is a good and loved book. This book shows that nature would change human's personality how much.
The main characters in this book ware Mary and Collin. They are cousin and always cross and nervous. They have a point of sameness. They have lost his mother in child. The reason of their nervous character was affected their environment. In early, Mary's mother was not care of her daughter and Collin lost his mother in his one year. Mary changed his mind more and more because Martha concerned to her at first time. One day, Mary found the secret garden, which was not opened for ten years. Mary and Collin worked hard for recovery garden. They effort to garden's live, to have keep the secret.
I would you read this book what secret is. When you read the end of story, you would experience miracle. And then you will think about your family and your life. Through this book we will recognize what we love, how we love and whom we love at first. Furthermore, when you are lonely,read this book.

The Secret Garden is a story about a girl was nine years old and she founded a secret garden in the uncle's house.
This story began in India where this little girl born and grow how a cross, thin and ugly girl because her parents were from England. They rarely have time for her, and the servants took care of her. When she was nine years old her parents died because they were ill. She was leave alone in India so she went home to England to live with her uncle Archival Craven.
Mary Lennox was a thin, and cross girl arrived to uncle's house. Mr. Craven is uncle's Mary. He did not sit very straight, his face was very sad. Her uncle always travels to different countries. He was very sad after his wife died. He doesn't like to see his son because he remembered his wife and he think that his son was very ill, and he will have hunchback. Mary met Martha who helps her. Martha is a servant. She was kind person. She had a round, healthy face. Mary is very cross and she doesn't like to eat and she doesn't know how put her clothes. Martha told Mary about the gardens and that she could play around the house in the gardens. It's more fun than she stay in house. Mary was walking around the garden when she met to Ben Weatherstaff is old man, gardener's house and Robin is a bird a good friend Mr. Ben Weatherstaff. Ben talked to her about the garden inside the walls. And he told her about Mrs. Craven accident when she died then Mr. Craven closed this place and nobody went in for ten years. Mary was very interested so she wants to know the secret garden.
I like this book it was very interesting and the marvelous is how this magic secret place change people.

In this history you can see all about the children in a garden.
This story of love and happiness It is wonderful because, It is my first time that I read a book about a girl that is very cross with the people , but then at the end It is like magic because Mary change whit the people and smile all the time with them.
It is in England, when May see the secret garden and opened the door. Her uncle does not like the moor because his wife died ten years ago there. But Mary put the plants and then grew up and the moor turned beautiful.
Every thing start in England when Mary went to her uncle's house . Mary that was very cross, ugly and thin. He had old hose of six hundred years old an It had a moor but her uncle Mr. Craven does not like because his wife died there. The moor was very beautiful because its had a few trees.
Mary met Martha. She was a happy person and smile all the time. She became Mary's servant and Martha explained all about the moor. Martha has a brother and Mary met him. He was Dickon and he could speak with the animals and he knew all about the moor. Mary hear some people cried and Martha said that the sound was make for the doors. Then Mary met Colin. He could not walk because his back was very weak and he cried all the time. Mary found the gardend's door, because the Robin showed her the secret garden and then... (you have to read).
I think that in this book I learn a lot English because I found many new words. I from Colombia and my native lenguaje is Spanish.
I guess the word, If I still do not, I ask my teacher or my roommates.I like this book because the story is really magic and I know that anyone would like it.

Review: When I read The Secret Garden I was so amazied! The detail of every little bit was so pricice that you could just see it in your head! I would definitly reccomend this to anyone as young as 9 to as old as 99!

Summary: fun with cousins
Review: I found this book to be a bit overly long and detailed; I was impatient to get to the end. But that is a minor fault. I really liked the beginning, that tells so much about India and British culture; the developing relationships among the three children in the story, especially that between the two cousins; and the idea that fresh air and fun can turn a spoiled child into a happy one. Everything was intriguing and well illustrated--I felt like I was THERE. (Maybe those details were a good thing after all.)
