Janie lives in Connecticut, and doesn't know why she's having memories of her as a little girl in a New Jersey shopping mall. One day while eating lunch, she sees her face on a milk carton. She finds out that she was stolen from a New Jersey shopping mall. A girl named Hannah took her. Hannah was in a cult and was depressed. She took Janie for company. Hannah brought Janie to her parents. They moved so much, because Hannah was in a cult, they had to stay away and unknown from the government. Janie couldn't remember being kidnapped. She was only three. Janie finds all this out from her parents who are really her grandparents because of Hannah. Janie wants to go and find her real parents. Janie goes to New Jersey, and when she got there she decides to go back home. Janie was thinking of what would happen if she did find her real parents. Janie's real parents would take custody of Janie and Janie could never see her other parents again. When Janie gets home, her mother was worried and told Janie what happened. A few days later, Janie calls her real mom. The phone picks up and Janie says "hello, this is Janie, your daughter." The book ends. I recommend this book to anyone who likes to try and figure out what's going to happen before the book ends. I liked this book because it left you with a lot of cliffhangers.

Until the next day at school in the cafeteria, she started to drink her milk but then she saw "her picture". Jamie has to best friends Charlotte and her boy friend Ray who lives next store to her. Rating: Summary: Some Ones Face is on the Milk Carton Review: Imagine if you saw yourself on a milk carton as missing. In The Face On The Milk Carton this girl is eating lunch in her school cafeteria. When she sees this face on a milk carton she thinks to herslef "gosh that face looks really familiar". Then she looks at the dress that the little girl is wearing. She goes home and starts looking for the dress. She finds the dress and starts day and night dreaming about her being in another family with lots of children and screaming and yelling. Then she finds out that her parents aren't her birth parents. She goes off and tries to find her birth parents. I like this author because she writes a lot about adoption and how adopting is not kidnapping. The author writes alot about flashbacks. She also writes a lot about romance. I like reading about romance storis!! I also like hearing about other people's adoption stories. I really like the book On The Face On the Milk Carton because I was adopted so I can relate to what the author is saying. I think that anyone that likes romance and mysteries should read it. If you like books about people trying to adopt or kidnap someone I think you should read it. I also really liked the book because I like mysteries and romance stoies. I haven't really read any books about adoption and I think this book has really inspired me to read more books about kids getting adopted or kidnapped.
