Summary: Darker....
Review: It should really be 4 and 1/2 stars. I really love this book, but it's a bit, well... <I>darker<I> than any of her previous books. Sandry is 14 years old when she finds a dancemage on a ride to the shore. As no dance mages live within a year's travel of Winding Circle, Sandry finds out that she is to teach him. Meanwhile, there are bloody deaths and beheadings of the merchants of Rokat house and their families. There is the discovery that the killers are using 'unmagic' to get past spells, but there are no unmages in the city, and no one who can wield the consuming power.... except Sandry and her student, Pasco.

Summary: A Grand Series
Review: I have been reading Tamora Pierce's books for almost six years now, and even though I'm about to graduate from high school, I still find myself excited everytime a new book comes out. I thoroughly enjoyed this book, as I have her others, especially the fact that we got a more in depth look at Sandry. While I missed the other characters, I liked the idea of the students becoming the teachers. I can't wait for the next book to come out.

Summary: Good but violent
Review: Displays the same enchanting characters as the circle of magic series also by Tamora Pierce. It is a violent book, which may be disturbing to some people. I suggest not to start with this book if you are just starting to read Tamora Pierce. I suggest you start with "Alanna, The First Adventure".

Summary: Tamora does it again!
Review: I gotta say, I was REALLY pleased with this book! I didn't really know what to expect...all the COM characters away from Winding Circle and not having the strong bond they did in the other books...but what I got was a book even better than the others! Sandry's my favorite character, and its good to see how she's grown and matured. The whole dancing magic idea is pretty good, and I love murder mystery type stories *even though this one wasn't really much of a mystery*! Anyways, all in all it was a very satisfying book, and I hope to see Sandry and Briar get together! I mean, a romance would spice these books up a little, dont you think?

Summary: Great read
Review: This book was wonderful. Miss Pierce gives us yet another great story. This book is the first of the continuing series for The Circle of Magic quartet. It stars Sandry and her new student Pasco.

Pasco is a boy that comes from a family of harriers (cops). He finds out that he has rare magic: dancing magical workings. Sandry convinces him of this and becomes his teacher. During his training murders keep acurring, but only on one merchant family. As it turns out Sandry and Pasco are the link that everyone needs to catch the killers. I won't tell anymore, 'cause I don't want to give away anything major. I hope that this review is helpful to anyone who isn't sure if they want to read it or not.

Summary: A good book...
Review: i liked the book but I was a little dissapointed. Tamora Pierce can do better. Though my dissapointment might have mainly been to the fact that Briar and the others weren't in it. I always wanted Briar and Sandry to get together. Though not as good as teh rest of the books with Sandry in them this one is still a must read.

Summary: This was a really, really good book!
Review: This was such a good book! I was waiting and waiting for it to come out and was not disapionted when it did! I love the cover and Sandry is even better than before! Even though I missed all the other charaters, I loved this! Everyone should read this book!

Summary: a good start
Review: It was good, which I was expecting, since it's by Tamora Pierce. I'm looking very much forward to the book starring Tris because she's definitely my favorite of the four. I missed her in this book, but the writing was still excellent. However, if you haven't read the Tortall books by the same author yet, they're even better.

Summary: The Circle Opens
Review: I loved this book. It was a little difficult to get into, but once I was into it, I could barely put it down. Tamora Pierce has done it again, bringing in delightful new characters to spice up the plot and add some intrigue. I'm dying to find out what happens next! My imagination is totally running wild. I hope she comes out with a new book soon! =) I hope you enjoy this book as much as I did.

Summary: I thought it was very good
Review: This book was very good even though I missed Tris, Briar, and Daja and it was sad that they weren't together. Otherwise this is a very good book. I recomend it to anyone who likes fantasy, tamora pierce is a great writer.
