Summary: A must read!
Review: The Wanderer is a great book! I read it all in the same day! I couldn't put it down! This is definitly one of Sharon Creech's greatest books!

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Great book, but I still like Walk Two Moons better.
Review: This was a very interesting book because it is mostly fromSophie's point of view and Sophie blends dreams and reality andeverything else very easily, so you have to move some things around until you figure them out. It is kind of confusing when they start talking about all the parts of the boats because I don't know anything about them. I can relate to Sophie's feelings and there aren't any made-up thoughts. (Made-up thoughts, as I call them, are feelings that are supposed to be realistic but don't make it. They are okay in small doses but not too much.) Sophie and her uncles and cousins are sailing across the ocean in a sailboat, the Wanderer, to England, where they will meet Bompie. Sophie claims that she knows Bompie and tells stories about him, but no one else knows them, so you start wondering what is going on. There are some things that are mysterious and confusing but that's just Sophie blending everything. Cody is smarter than everyone thinks too. If you want to figure this book out DON'T jump to conclusions! And it's not too hard to enjoy it.

Summary: The Wanderer is GREAT!
Review: Sharon Creech is my fave author and I enjoy reading all her books. The Wanderer is definitely a favorite. I had a great time reading about Sophie and Cody's thoughts on the whole trip. It was written so well that I could picture the story happening in my head. It's fun finding out about all the things that happened. It's also funny in parts. You'll have to read it yourself to see everything that happens.

Summary: I love this book
Review: I have been reading many Harry Potter books non-stop. I saw this book and decided to take a chance on it. I have not been able to put the book down since I got it. I am now planning on reading all her other books.

Summary: GREAT GREAT AND GREAT
Review: Sharon Creech is my favorite author, and if u loved Bloomability, Chasing Redbird or any of her books, u will love this book as much as i did. The Wanderer is about Sophie, who goes on a trip to England where Bompie lives. On the trip, Sophie decides to teach the crew Bompie's (her grandfather who awaits at England) stories. BUT...... better read the book! Full of surprises!

Summary: The Teenage Girl and the Sea
Review: This book was really, really good! Although I 've been waiting or it since November and I adore Ms. Creech's work, it would have been wonderful even if I had never heard of her! The story is about Sophie, who goes wanderering across the Atlantic on The Wanderer, a small sailboat, with her three uncles and two cousins. She keeps a diary of the trip, as does her cousin Cody. However, the reader discovers different elements of the story through Sophie's rolling, poetic journal and Cody's straightforward "dog-log". I recommend this story to anyone who enjoys journeys, whether real or vicarious, outward or inward.

Summary: Sharon Creech is my favorite author
Review: Sharon Creech is my favorite author. I loved Absolutely Normal chaos by Sahron Creech. This is also a good book about a girl named Sophie and her life. This is a magnificent book and I hope my suggestion helps you!

Summary: A Great Read!
Review: This latest book by Sharon Creech is my favorite one of her books. It's kind of like her other books since it's about self-discovery, but the setting is very different. The main character, Sophie, is interesting and unique. She is sailing to England on a boat with male relatives. Along the way, there is humor. Even though this book is vintage Creech, it is also different. If you enjoy the other books Sharon Creech wrote, you will enjoy this book. I also recommend it to pre-teen girls.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Not as good as Sharon Creech's others, but good nonetheless
Review: This book was a disappointment after others such as Walk Two Moons, Bloomability, and Chasing Redbird, but it still draws you in and is a story worth having.
