Summary: an amazing sereis
Review: this is the best group of books i have ever read, and i've read a lot! When they say you can't put it down, they mean it! i read the first three books in one night. i've just finished book seven and, belive me, they just keep getting better. you would love if your a teen, a wiccan, someone who enjoys romances, someone who enjoys suspences, heck, anyone would love these. even if you don't like to read, this is worth it!

Summary: I would give this 10 stars!

Summary: Loved it!
Review: As a starting Wiccan, i loved this book because it accurately explains Wiccan practices and how Wiccan flows into all major religions...

I could relate to Morgan immediately. She's a strong, independent character. She is flawed in many ways, and that makes her a believable character. She goes through situations real teens go through everyday. Which makes her an even more believable character.

Her friendship w/ Bree is something i can relate to also. Bree, the popular, sophisticated, and beautiful one, and Morgan, the plain but honest and gifted one. Bree's relationship w/ Cal wains on the friendship, but Morgan is true to both herself and her friend.

The Book of Shadows is a very good book for beginning Wiccans, since it accurately describes Wiccan holidays, history, and spells...

Review: Great book...left me waiting to read the second.

Summary: Excellent start to a well done series
Review: Morgan's peaceful plain life becomes a lot more interesting when she becomes friends with new boy Cal, who happens to be a witch. He introduces Morgan and her friends to the earth-friendly pagan religion of Wicca through simple rituals. Morgan is stunned and pleased but a little confused and wary of her newfound aptitude. When Cal's interest begins to turn to love, a rift between Morgan and her longtime friend develops. The novel is accurate in its details of witchcraft, promoting the Wiccan credos that everything returns to you threefold, and to "harm none." The novel is told through Morgan's narration; pre-chapter excerpts from a book of shadows are a clever way of conveying the subplot of Morgan's heritage. Hugely popular at my library with teen girls, this is a superior series to Daughters of the Moon, Circle of Three, T*Witches, and Witch's Chillers.

Summary: Do you chose Wicca... or does Wicca chose you?
Review: Morgan is your average, plain girl. That is, until Cal arrives. He's the hottest new guy at school... and, of course, she falls for him. But so does Bree, her best friend since forever. He brings Wicca to their school, and strangely, Morgan is fascinated by it. It calls to her, and she feels something in the circle they do. But theres problems with Wicca for her life:

1. Her family is big on Catholism.

2. Her family is big on Catholism.

3. Her family is big on Catholism.

But she stills follow and learns Wicca, along with friends. But in Wicca you don't know who to trust... you have to trust your instincts. But sometimes, you can't trust those, either, and Morgan finds that out the hard way.

Summary: hooked
Review: This is a great book to start off the series. I usually think that after the first or second book the others begin to get less intense, but Cate Tiernan has done a great job of keeping the reader interested and wanting to know what happens next. If you enjoy a good book i can garuntee you will wind up reading books 1-6.

Summary: Excellent Series!
Review: This first book starts out kinda slow and simple, but blooms into a fantastic series from the 3rd chapter onward. Morgan is a intelligent and witty character, contrary to many other books of which contain protagonists whose characteristics resemble that of BARBIE. The storyline is presented in good form, and with each passing sentence, the reader becomes even further enchanted. I couldn't put this book down, and in fact, ended up reading books 1-4 in 3 days. I anxiously await books 5 and 6, and recommend this series to everyone, especially my close friends.
