Review: I read "Fallen Angels," "All Quiet on the Western Front," and saw "Saving Private Ryan" all in quick succession. The amazing similarities of sentiments expressed about these three wars in these three works is overpowering. I recommend all three as excellent works.

Review: My husband and I both read and loved this book after I found it while searching for YA literature with war themes. It is a wonderfully authentic war novel depicting the confusion, fear, and horror of combat relieved only by profound friendships. Particularly recommended for reluctant male readers.

Summary: I was young, but I loved it!
Review: I was 13 when I first read the book, and now I'm looking for it so I can buy it. I thought as a black teen. it gave good insight on how the Vietnam war was. I think the producers in Hollywood show make a movie and stick to the PLOT plan IN the BOOK! If they don't I will, (eventually). If you haven't read this book READ IT. It is well written and well told, touching, and serious, funny and enjoyable!

Review: I first read this book in junior high, when I young and naive. I fell in love with its depiction of Vietnam and the hardships of war. It's not often that wars are looked at from the point of view of a young black man.

Summary: Moving piece of Literature for adolescents.
Review: Having read this book as a 26 year old college student, I found that it is one of the few war novels that does not attempt to paint the protagonist as some larger than life war hero. Here, we see a young man who only wants to survive the war and discover why it is that when others die, he feels sadness and a feeling of relief that it was not him. I believe that every young adult needs to read this novel and see for themself that conflicting feelings are not foreign. They are a natural part of life and Myers allows us to see them in a very powerful way.

Review: I think that Fallen Angels is a good book because it tell's how Vietnam was.I believe that this book could be good enough to be a movie.I rate this book at a nine because of how much of a great book this is.

Review: This book teaches you about lessons of growing up. It teaches you about friend ship because the 5 charectors stick together through out the book. This is a heart breaking book because the friends have a good relationship during the war. The charectors face death and feel sad when someone dies.
