Review: Jimena used to be in a gang. That was before she knew she was a daughter of the moon. While in the gang Jimena had a boyfriend called Veto but he died. now back to the present, Veto has come back from the grave. Jimena is so happy until she has a premonition that Veto is in grave danger. Can Jimena Save Veto or does she have to let him go and move on.

Review: Jimena, Catty , Vanessa and Serena all have some romance!!!!!!I'm not going to say at the end of the book who Jimena hooks up with..........But i have to say besideds the other 2 this has the worst ending!!!!!Book 2 had the best ending...........i know this review isn't helping but you shouldn't miss out on this book

Review: Jimena, who was once the toughest gangster in East L.A. before discovering her true destiny as a Daughter of the Moon, finds out that Veto who was once the love of her life is now alive which is impossible because he was killed in enemy land a year ago which we dont discover the real truth on why he was killed til later on in the book. Jimena becomes suspicious because every time veto shows, a earthhquake or thunder starts forming unexpectantly. Jimena figures that Cassandra, a Follower of the Atrox has a fail safe plan to stop the Daughters of the Moon by stealing their powers. Jimena discovers the horrifying truth about Veto and the thunder quakes thats been happening often. Veto has been animated by the Atrox to trick Jimena into helping him later knowing it was a trap. Veto is now trapped in the land of Tarturus which members of the Inner Circle meet in which Jimena must now find a way to free him before Cassandra uses him again to hurt Jimena

Summary: daughers of the moon: a spellingbinding book!
Review: Lynne Ewing has a great talent for writing books, I love them! I can only say that you will enjoy it too, a book about magic and a touch of romance, it really gets to you, and you want to keep reading the next book. I have really enjoyed it and I can't wait till i get the next book! To me, it's really about girls having girl power, and surviving the unexpected. They enjoy what they do too, and girls like them just want to have fun.

Summary: A definate MUST read! One of the best!
Review: Night Shade (Daughters of the Moon, book 3) Is one of my favorites in the series so far. I also REALLY loved number 2, but this ties in my favor. Even though Jimena isn't my favorite Daughter (i like Serena ^_^) I have a MUCH higher opinion after reading this book. Night Shade is about how Jimena starts seeing Veto, which is shocking and unreal because Veto is dead. She is led to beleive that the Atrox has a fail-proof plan that involves Veto. I won't tell you the end, but Jimena prooves her braveness and power in this book as she strives to save her lost love and best friends. YOU MUST READ THIS BOOK! ^_^

Summary: A Good Read
Review: Night Shade by Lynne Ewing is one of the best fantasy books books I have ever read in a long time. It's about four girls who find out that their Goddess and are saving the world from the Atrox, the most evil of evil. This book focuses on one of the girls, Jimena, and her dead boyfreind who comes back to life. she finds out and knows it has something to do with the Atrox. She only sees him every so often, but she wants him to stay forever. Since the're love is so strong Jemina will do almost anything for him, even give her life. This book is filled with romance, fear, and will leave you hanging on the edge of your seat. I recommend this book to people who like fantasy, romance, and adventure all in the same story.

Summary: Very Suspenseful!
Review: Night Shade was an amazing book I loved it, partly because Jimena Castillo is my favorite character. But I also liked it because it told me more about her old boyfriend Veto, and why he did what he did. Jimena was willing to risk everything for him, but her friends wouldn't let her go. It was probably my favorite book in the series so far, I'm still waiting for number nine to come out, it looks like an incredible book!

Review: The book NIGHT SHADE by Lynne Ewing is really interesting.It's about this girl named Jimena and her 2 other friends Vanessa and Maggie.Every day they used to hang around with a gang in a corner of a street called The Ninth Street in Los Angeles.All 3 of them had special powers. One of them could see the future, the other onecould fly and the other one could make things dissapear. Also it tells you what happend with Jimena's boyfriend who was killed but Jimena never believed that. She always thought he was alive somewhere else until one day he just appeared. I really recomend this book you should read to find out what happend to Jimenas boyfirend.

Review: This book exposes how real life really works: All the mysteries, love problems, insane sightings, wonders, adventures, and violent/dangerous things in true life. It also proves that even gangsters and bad people can change and do their part. It even uncovers all the difficult choices in life and violent possiblities. But not only does it show real life, it also gives inspiration and new imagination towards youngsters. Not only does it give knowledge, but it adds power and mystical beings all within it. A true masterpiece!
