Rating: Summary: WoW Review: This book is one of the best books! Full of fantasy and adventure. Just like the Long Patrol.
Rating: Summary: Outstanding! Review: I was absolutely amazed by this book as well as all of the others that I have read in the past. I loved the characters and the plot! Brian Jacques is like a lively fire that engulfs his readers and leaves them in awe! Curently, I am reading Mossflower and personally I think that it is probobly the greatest of his series that I have read so far! I STRONGLY SUGGEST THAT YOU READ THIS BOOK!
Rating: Summary: Definitely a pearl! Review: Pearls of Lutra is my favorite of all the Redwall books out so far. Brian Jacques never seems to amaze me with his vivid imagination for names and scenarios. Next to Ferahgo the Assassin in Salamandastron, Ublaz is probably the best villian Jacques has devised. I love this book!
Rating: Summary: A kid's review Review: A riveting story about animals that are astonishing human-like. If you enjoyed the other books of the Redwall series, be sure that this book is in your bookcase. If the next books are as page-turning as this one is, Brian Jacques is sure to have a few classical book under his belt.
Rating: Summary: This is the Best Review: I really like Pearls of Lutra more than any other Redwall book I have ever read. It is full of lots of mystery and action. If anyone is a newcomer to Redwall and wants a great book to read, read Pearls of Lutra. After reading Pearls of Lutra I recommend that you read The Long Patrol because some of the main characters from POL are in TLP.

Rating: Summary: An edge-of-seat novel. Another great idea from B. Jacques Review: Another excellent novel. A must read for any keen Redwall fan. The bad guy Ublaz was very mean and the heroes were very well described. The abbey creatures are frantically searching for 6 pearls to ransom their abbot. They are not the only ones. Grath Longfletch the last otter of Holt Lutra seeks them and wants revenge on all seavermin and Emperor Ublaz wants them for his crown. I enjoyed all the characters especially Clecky the hare. Read and enjoy
Rating: Summary: This was an awesome book!! Review: Ublaz Mad Eyes, Emporer of Sampetra, wants the Tears of All Oceans for his own. So he has Holt Lutra (a colony of otters) murdered for 6 rose-colored pearls, called the Tears of All Oceans. But their biggest mistake was leaving the daughter of Lutra alive. Now Grath, only survivor of Holt Lutra,is sworn to seek vengeance on the murdurers of her kin. At Redwall Abbey, a young hedgehog maid and her friends are searching for the Tears which were hidden in Redwall by the late Fermald the Ancient. But the only way of finding the pearls is by solving difficult riddles written by Fermald. As they search, Ublaz sent out a ship to recover the Tears of All Oceans from Redwall. I suggest that you read this book because it is exciting and mysterious.
Rating: Summary: Absolutely Brilliant Review: When I bought this book I knew it would be brilliant because all the other Redwall books I read were 5 star for me as well so I thank Brian Jacques for writing this.
Rating: Summary: Not my favorite, but I loved it. Review: The Pearls of Lutra is a great book, not one of my favorites in the series, but a great book. I like descriptive, long, action-packed books, and The Pearls of Lutra is just that. Brian Jacques does a good job with his riddles for finding the pearls, and the book is realistic for the time period. I loved the book almost as much as Mattimeo and Martin the Warrior, my favorites.
