Summary: The Bellmaker
Review: The Bellmaker is another excellent story in the Redwall series. This story is about Joseph the Bellmaker, along with numerous other companions, traveling Southward to aid his daughter, whom he believes is in danger. One night he is visited by the spirit of Martin the Warrior who tells him to start this arduous journey. While Southward, Mariel, Joseph's daughter, and Dandin, Mariel's close companion, get wind of a fearsome beast that goes by the name Foxwolf. He seems to be terrorizing the land of Southward. Meanwhile Joseph and his crew fight off a shark, meet a troop of bloodthirsty toads, find a harbor of wrecked ships, and befriend abandoned children. Along Mariel's journey they meet up with an aged military hare and a number of other adventurers seeking to rid the world of Foxwolf. Then the travelers gather their tribes forming an army of about 400. At the beach of Southward Joseph lands and heads toward the castle of Foxwolf. Utter pandemonium broke lose at the gates of the castle as a furious battle raged. Joseph arrived with the reinforcements mid-battle. The battle raged on but was eventually won in favor of Mariel with minimal casualties. They safely returned to Redwall, except for Joseph who stayed at Castle Floret (formerly Castle Foxwolf).

Summary: Amazing Adventures and all around fun
Review: This book i believe is one of the best in the series its not missing anything! it's a wonderful epic adventure full of everything you could wish for in a book, the excitement, the friends, the adventure, and lets not forget the food. I would reccommned this book to anyone! Some of my friends who hate to read even loved this book, it's amazing and once you start reading you can't stop! This book lacks nothing in interesting scenes, or daring adventures. I give it a full 5 stars for a good reason. I believe anyone who likes to read anything will love this book, that endears the characters to the readers heart and makes you feel as if your on e of the heroes in the story and one of the warriors in one of their epic battles.

It has Mariel the warrior maid who adds a different view on the redwall series as all the other main warrior characters have been male. Then there is the young Dandin the redwall champion who accompanies Mariel on her quest southwards. These two go through fighting virmin, eating the most delious foods and making friends such as Gael the squirrelking,Fwurp the friendly mole and the war hero Meldrum the Magnificent. Summary: The Bellmaker-A great book-by Ricky Galedeep (Post)
Review: In this epic tale of freedom and independence, Mariel of Redwall and Dandin of Redwall are traveling south and they come across the wastelands of what was once Southsward. They then are captured by the evil Urgan Nagru and his mate Silvamord and their evil horde of dirty grey rats In the end, they escape and there is a great battle, whereupon Finnbarr Galedeep(a sea otter) slays the Urgan Nagru, but in doing so, gives up the ultimate sacrifice so that others can be free; his life. It was an extraordinary book and I would highly recommend it to anyone who can read. Redwaalll!!!

Summary: The Bellmaker a fairly good book
Review: This is another novel written by Brian Jaques, the Bellmaker is the seventh book in the Redwall series. the story takes place in medievil times where foxes are every things enemy. The Bellmaker story begins by two murderous foxes (Urgan Nagru and Silvamord) which had left Redwall to go somewhere else and happened to run into the Castle Floret where the squirrel king offered to let them stay there with them until they were fit to travel again. One year later Mariel and her friends were sent a message to go travel south. The message said, "Before the legand, before the glory, the Bellmakers dream foretold the story:five will ride the roaring burn, but only four are supposed to return.

We thought the book started out slow but toward the middle it started picking up. Then at the end the book started geting boring and did not start to pick up agian. You should read the first six books, first in order to better understand it better.

Summary: An epic adventure that children and adults alike will enjoy
Review: This book is at what i belive the hieght of the Redwall series, although there isn't a lot of action, you really seem to get to know the characters. YOu find out a lot of the past that was left untold in Mariel of Redwall. if you wish to get the full expericence out of the Redwall books, this is a must have!

Summary: A good adventure.
Review: This is a good book. There is really nothing spectacular about it, but I enjoyed it and you will to if you read it. It's main character again is Maril, with Dandin and many others whom you will remember. It is a little lacking in action, and the baddies are, yet again, dimwits, but those are not reasons to not buy this book. It has some great adventure scenes in parts, and cool characters. However, characters such as Mariel are undescribed. This is a good book, so buy and read it.
