Review: Although this book was good, it was a little slow at times. The characters are different and interesting. So, if you're looking for a book that you can spend some time on, read this. It's not a book that you can't put down.

Review: I loved this book. I read it with my class it was the first book I read that grade. I thought all the kids had a great amount of energy and courage. Its a book for everybody. I watched the movie and it wasn't as good as the book. Go out and get this book!

Summary: I am some what picky about books, and I loved this one!
Review: I read this book because one of my friends said it was good. Boy was she right! James' wits, Sammy's innocence, Maybeth's shyness and above all Dicey's courage, make this book FABULOUS! It is a book for all ages. I read it, and encouraged my 15 year old sister to read and she agreed with me that this book was phenomnenal! If you liked this book and it's genre email me with some suggestions of other great books. Meanwhile I will just continue with the Tillerman Saga.

Summary: IT ISN'T THE MOST EXCITING BOOK
Review: This book to me was kind of boring. I gave 3 stars because it had some pretty good areas in it and in some places interesting. I honestly didn't like it much. A family travels all over the Eastern seaboard in search of a family after their mother deserts them, and that is pretty much it.

Review: I loved the book. I had to read it for school. At first I thought it boring. As I read on I found how interesting it really was. I thought the ending was really great and how sweet Gram really was. I was so glad when they left Cousin Eunice and went to find Gram. Most of my class hated Cousin Eunice. Summary: Homecoming was an interesting yet unrealistic novel.
Review: Homecoming is a well-written novel, no doubt. However, it's not my favorite book. Homecoming's story about four children from the Tillerman family trying to find a place to call "home" is exciting yet unrealistic. As the children travel through an entire state, it is amazing that they are not either famished or deceased. The characters have strong personalities that are somewhat untrue. They were developed by cruelty in the past. This book is the first of a seven book series by Cynthia Voight. The books are incredibly beautiful, yet unrealistic and unbelievable.

Summary: This is an excellent book!
Review: Every summer I read this book and each year the knowledge I gain has helped me further understand the struggles this family has gone through. Homecoming is a truly wonderful book that teaches you are home when there is a family and love. I have often imagined what it would have been like to live through the hardships they have. From the beginning when their mother abandons them, my heart went out to the Tillerman family. Their journey takes them to a home where they have truly found happiness. I advise you all to read this book!!

Summary: This is my favorite book. I couldn't put it down!
Review: This book caught my attention right away. I thought Dicey and all the characters were very well explained. Once I started reading with my class everyone said how much they loved the book. I would recommend this book to everyone of all ages. Also the movie based on this novel is excellent as well. I cannot wait to read the rest of the Tillerman books. Cynthia Voight is a fantastic writer!

Summary: The best book I've read in a long time!
Review: In this story the family staying together was what Dicey wanted most of all. Foster homes was not an option. So I guess that is why I liked so much. I am now reading this book with my Grade 8 class and everyone is enjoying it. I received the movie Homecoming for my birthday and I thought it was an excellent movie for the whole family.

Review: This book was okay. I had to read it for school and when I did I couldn't stop reading it. It could have been better though, and it was a bit confusing in some parts. I recommend it to very smart readers who understands all kinds of long books.
