Rating: Summary: Not that exciting - - Review: I was dissapointed in this book. Yes, Maggie is a very important character in the series, but i do not think the Ewing should have made a book all abut her. I misssed the Daughters and the Followers. It was interesting, but it did not suck me in like the others did. I actually put the book down for more then an hour!! But, I guess it is important to know about Maggie and her struggles.
I DO HOPE SHE MAKES ANOHTER BOOK ABOUT STATON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
lol a little off topic but hey!
Rating: Summary: Another great one. Review: I'm impressed with this book. The whole series has revolved around the Daughters and left much mystery concerning Maggie. This book thoroughly explains Maggie's past, starting with when she first learned of the Atrox and how she got involved in the fight against it. Ewing once again demonstrates her wonderful ability to detail everything she writes about, and the ending is just as good as the beginning. It's one of those books that you just can't seem to put down. As to who will take her place, it leaves you in much thought and anticipation for the 11th book.
Rating: Summary: AWESOME!! Review: In this book. I thought it was GREAT!!! the ending really got me, it really surpised me!! I never thought that maggie was connected to the atrox. and i cant wait to find out who is the next to take her place.. I LOVED this book, it was the best one i've read!! you guys gotta read it!
Rating: Summary: Totally Cool!!!!!! Review: ok,i've been a fan of the Daughters Of The Moon series ever since they started. you might even call me obsessed!this book wasn't exactly as good as the others because there is no mention of the Daughters but what is really cool is that in the beginning, Maggie talks about the girl who will take her place, but she doesn't tell you who it is. bummer, huh? but the book was still good and it was really cool learning more about Maggie i totally recomend this book to everyone!!!!!!!
Rating: Summary: Daughters of the Moon the Talisman Review: Okay, i am a fan of this series. i love these books, but i dont like this one to much. It gets kinda boring when they talk about Maggies past. I was hoping that this book would tell you more about Vanessa,Jimena,Serena, and Catty, but it didnt. Dont get me wrong I thought this was a good book, but not as good as the others.
Rating: Summary: love not like Review: One day I was looking through books and never saw anything that really caught my eye until' I picked up the book. At the beginning I was reading it and it was sort of boring but little by little it got more exciting and I fell ing love with it. I felt my blood rushs through as though I was running from evil. My head whirled and my heart bouncing aganinst my chest. How? Well, first she simply falls in love , but then after a feww pages. . . She becomes a warrior against her sister. .
Rating: Summary: Maggie's story Review: Personally, I'm glad Lynne wrote this book. In this book she explained everything about Maggie. It was a sad ending though (sniff).
Maggie is an important character. Since the first volume I wanted to know more about her and this book explains it.
Hooray for Maggie!!!!
Rating: Summary: it rocked Review: The book "The Talisman" was the the best book. It was a little weird at first just reading about Maggie. But it was still cool. See it was about how Maggie is running out of time on earth. Also she knows that the Atrox is now taking human form again. So then it goes through her past life. It was around the b.c times. It talks about how she falls in love with a guy named Hector. Also how she dedicates her life to Selene the goddess of the moon. So he asks her if she will marry him but she tells him no and why. So after that her sister gets mad and becomes a follower of the Atrox. So the sister tells a lie to Hector about how to brake the bond with that Maggie had done. So the sister send Hector to die. So Maggie finds out and goes after him. She gets there and he burst in to flames. So I ask you this is Hector dead? What is Maggie suppose to do? so read it and find out.
Rating: Summary: Not terrible Review: The story about Maggie was really great and all but it seemed kind of forced, like the author was running out of ideas and the details weren't as good as they have been. From what I read, I don't think the book even named the sucessor and it left you hanging over a 1,000 mile cliff. I can't wait for the next book though.
Rating: Summary: Interesting book Review: The Talisman is different from the other books in the Daughters. It is back in ancient Greece with Maggie when she was a girl. I liked the difference and to see her time then. It thought it was an adventure and I missed the dancing and clothes but it was good.
