Summary: It's a cute story
Review: (...)To understand the humor and whit behind the author's words, you have to be of a certain age. This just shows that a book can be enjoyed on many levels.
Anyway, this is an excellent book. The main characters are so lifelike. I would definately recomend this to a person of any age group to read, so please do, and enjoy.

Review: All American Girl is one of the best books i've ever read. This book is about a girl Samantha Madison who is a regular 15 year old she only thinks she is anormal 15 year old but little dose she know she will soon one day become famous. Samantha is a freshman in high school she is borderlined in a faling grade in German only because she has been drawing in German and not paying attention. Her mom and dad figure that if she loves to draw so much they would sighn her up for drawing class with a very taleted art teacher Susan Bone. She thinks she is going to hate it so much and she dose so she decides to skip an art class. Then little dose Samantha know she will save the president of the United States of anerica from an assasination atempt and possibly won the heart of the presidents son David her classmate in art class. I call this an excitng but dermatic farie tail.Perfict for all real american girls.

Summary: Movie?
Review: Hey. This sounds EXACTLY like me; well, the description of the girl, anyway. I'm the outsider, left handed, and dress in black all the time. Does anyone get the impression that this should be made into a movie? I mean, it sure sounds like it would be an interesting film, and they made The Princess Diaries into one. Why not another amazing Cabot film?! Email me with comments!

Summary: All American Girl
Review: I loved all of Meg Cabot's Princess Diary books and here in this book she tells a great story about Samantha a teenage girl who wears all black everyday while having to live with the most popular girl in school, Lucy and is totally in love with her boyfriend, Jack. But worst of all, she was caught selling celebrity protraits at school and her parents are forcing her to take an art class, where ( while ditching it) she just saved the President. The number one reason however that Sam's life is over is the Presidents son just might be in love with her.

A 10th grader named Samantha Madison just saved the President of the United States. The whole world thinks she is a hero, but Samantha knows she's not. She has been appointed the teen ambassador to the UN, and she thinks the President's son is in love with her. She has a younger sister, who is a genius and an older sister, who is the most popular girl in High School. Last , but not least, she is in love with her sister's boyfriend. This book can teach people to be
themselves and not judge people by their looks. I think teenage girls would love to read this book.

Review: All-American Girl

Wait! Does that guy have a gun? He does! He's aiming for the president! No! Don't shoot! You leap on his back! One minute you're Samantha Madison, student from Washington, the next minute you've just saved the president. Samantha Madison is now an American Hero. Her life now takes a drastic turn for the worst in the novel All-American Girl by Meg Cabot.
Samantha, an art fanatic was forced to take art lessons even though she claims she can already draw. She ran into David at art class or as she thinks of him, the boy who proclaimed "nice boots." What Samantha doesn't know is that David is the president's son. Samantha finds that out in a rather hard way. She has no time to like David because she is madly in love with Jack...her sister Lucy's boyfriend!
Just because she saved the president doesn't mean that her life is perfect. Besides having puffy red hair, a broken arm as a result to saving the president, having no fashion sense whatsoever, having a bossy, older sister, having a little sister named Rebecca who is a certified genius, she has to deal with Kris Parks, a popular girl, who is a big trendsetter at school.
As a reward to saving the president, Samantha was appointed Teen Ambassador of the UN (United Nations.) Having this honor, Samantha was privileged to choose a piece of art to be sent to N.Y for an art contest. After hearing the news Kris Parks changed her attitude towards Samantha and invited Sam to her party. Sam's spunky best friend, Catherine tagged along with her boyfriend. Sam invited David to hopefully make Jack jealous.
A huge ongoing riot started between Jack and David. During that time Sam decided to face the facts and admit that there was no chance with Jack. Sam now had a crush on someone who was right in front of her face through it all...David.
Meg Cabot had great language and made each chapter a total surprise. The language was beautiful and could make vivid images in my mind for each chapter.
An important lesson is to handle life one step at a time. She learned that when life throws you a rocky path, you just need to take each day slow and enjoy everyday to the fullest. I would recommend this book to people who enjoy a great read that would keep you guessing and have you in total suspense at the end of each chapter.
Will Sam make do with her new life? Will she always be an American Hero? Nothing is for sure but one thing...she will always be Samantha Madison in love with David.

Summary: All American Girl
Review: All American Girl is an awesome book. Samantha (Sam) Madison lives in Washington D.C. and after getting a D in German she is forced to take a drawing class. During her first art class she is humilated because she didn't draw what she saw. She skips her next art class and she ends up saving the president's life.
I really enjoyed reading this book because you find out how somebody's life could turn upside down in one day. This book is something that could be happening to a person right now but it still is a little fantasy. This book can also be very funny at times. I think girls my age would enjoy this book a lot. Read this book and find out what happens to Sam.

Summary: I couldn't put it down!
Review: For English class we had to read an independent reading book. My teacher highly reccomended this book for me. Once I started reading it I couldn't put it down! For the independent reading assignment we had to take a Reading Counts quiz about our book on the computer. I got a 100% on it!

Summary: Any American Girl should read All-American Girl
Review: Wow - this was an amazing book. I've always wanted to travel and this book makes me want to go visit Washington D.C. Sam is an outcast young girl who doesn't care how she looks so she wears all black. Her older sister is a cheerleader and very popular. Her younger sister is extremely smart. So she's stuck in the middle with no talents, plus the fact that she's failing her German class. Her parents are mad at her and makes her take art lessons - which makes Sam very mad - why take lessons when she already knows how to draw. These art lessons change Sam's life forever. Read the book and find out - it's worth your time!
