Summary: Excellant!
Review: This was an excellant book that tells the story of sunflash the mace wonderfully. There is just one thing I want to know.... What is it with that synopsis on the book jacket and preview in the Bellmaker? I read through the entire book way too fast trying to get to the part with Veil! Oh well, its still great, but this problem took away some of the fun of reading it for me

Summary: Another winner in the Redwall series
Review: Of course, I have the entire Redwall series in hardcover! and Brian's latest has all the hallmarks of another classic. Action, adventure, great food, lovable heros and black-hearted villans are the ingredients that make you laugh, cry, gasp and drool with anticipation. This is no "Wind in the Willows" -- happy endings aren't guaranteed. Violence, death and heroism are mainstays in this clear-cut battle between good and evil. My only complaint, the title and book-jacket description DO NOT represent what the book is really about

Summary: The best Redwall title yet!
Review: Graced with Bright, vivid characters, rollicking good action, and A deep, touching story. Outcast made a permanent impression on me, only the best of Tolkien, Adams, and Bakker can compare. This is Brian Jacques best Redwall title yet. Definitly recommended!!

Summary: A wonderful story!
Review: I have read almost all of Brian Jacques' works, and this may quite possibly be the best. The intriguing story of the badger lord and his arch-enemy draws you into its plot

Summary: A wonderful epic about the bold, daring, and evil--combined
Review: The book Outcast of Redwall is a spectacular tale of the courage of Sunflash the Mace (a badger), and his daring friends as they journey to the mountain stronghold Salamandastron. He sets out seeking vengeance on his life-long foe, the evil Warlord, Swartt Sixclaw. When the six-clawed villains' infant sons is found and taken in by the friendly animals of the legendary Redwall Abbey, it becomes their job to raise the small ferret as good, not evil. Then a dramatic event changes the young ferrets' life as he became an Outcast of Redwall. He journeys long and hard to decided who to side with--his real father, wicked and evil, or the loving creatures of Redwall, who cared for him. It soon becomes a fight for the lifes of many good creatures throughout the land, with Swartt Sixclaw, evil ferret, waiting for dominance....
