Review: Based on the pilot. We learn how Prue, Piper, and Phoebe gained their powers of telekinesis, freezing time, and premonition. At the same time, a warlock (evil witch) is trying to kill them so he can have their powers.Like the television series, the novel is a little cheesy, but I think that is the joy of it. After all, it is about escapism--& not reality. Sit back and enjoy.

Summary: If You Love Charmed, You Need To Read This!
Review: Charmed is my favorite show, so I was thrilled to buy and read this wonderful book! It is very well written and uses actual quotes from the pilot episode! This first book is the story of the first episode and it sets the scene for how the Charmed ones got their powers. I would definately suggest that you read this book! The only mistake I noticed was that it says Prue's car is red, but it is really black! LOL hehe

Summary: A novel that is as wonderful as a great show!
Review: Charmed is one of the best shows(next to the cancelled cupid and the awesome sports night)! This novel is written in the wonderful spirit of the show and is nice because they have not re-run the pilot. so it's great to be able to re live one of the best pilots ever. By the way, the pilot was the highest rated pilot for the WB ever. May be that's why they haven't re-run it. Anyway, I cannot wait to read more Charmed books and i hope they are as witty, fun, and can't put down as this one was. Enjoy! Anyone who likes the show will love because you geet to go inside each sisters head.

Summary: the book i read in 2 days
Review: charmed is the best television series on television and when i heard there were books coming out i couldnt wait to read it. i wasnt disappointed at all. i cant stand reading infact i hate it but this charmed novel was the best book i have ever read. i never expected some of the things that happened in the book. i saw the first esipode of charmed (infact seen every single esipode)and it was great,. it was amazing to see the loop holes in the esipode. although i knew what the ending was still i enjoyed it. i cant wait till christmas because im going to get all the books.i would just like to finish off by saying to all those people that say charmed promote witch craft you are wrong. i have seen every esipode and i havent taken up witch craft and i dont have plans to.also the charmed actresses are the best shannen doherty holly marie combs and alyssa milano rule 4 eva. 3 girls with real talent see-ya charmed rules

Review: Ever sice an arguement about Prue's fiancee, Phoebe moved to New York in order to look for their father. Phoebe moves back when Piper invites her back after being broke. She later plays with a oujia board and it moves by itself. Its spelled ATTIC and she goes there. Piper gets frightened and goes to her bowfriend's house to wait because of a blackout. When Phoebe get's to the attic,the door is stuck but magiclly opens by itself. She find a dusty Book of Shadows and recite a spell.The Halliwell sisters are now blessed with magic powers that they inherited but have to protect innocents, and vanquish the demons set out to destroy them.

Summary: Charmed: The best book and TV show in the world
Review: I absolutely love Charmed. Infact, I'm obsessed. If I miss a show, I go crazy. When its on, I have a wide smile on my face, and I keep saying, "I love this show! Its so awesome!" I wanted to know everything I could about Charmed, so I came here and I ended up buying every episode of the books! This one was great. I highly recomend this, along with all of the others. Its as if, Piper, Prue, and Phoebe came to life and I was living all of their adventures with them. This book is, by far, the best I have ever read!

Summary: A Good Start
Review: I didn't see the first show in the television series so I can't compare the book to the show. This is the first in the series of Charmed Books though so in a way... it's a fresh start. This was a good introduction to Prue, Phoebe & Piper and how they come into being the CHARMED ONES. The book read well and held my attention... not a long book to read either. I think this series is going to be very exciting and I look forward to reading more.

Summary: An Excellent Book!
Review: I just got interested in watching Charmed, I missed the first season and this book really helped me to understand about the three sisters relatioship, how their powers got awaken and their very first demon fight. I really enjoyed reading the book, it made me more of a fan of the show than ever. I hope the other Charmed books are as good as this one! Soo if have missed the very first episode and want to find out on how it all began I would highly recommend this book to all Charmed fans!

Review: I just started watching the show Charmed this season, so I never saw the pilot. Therefore, I found this book very useful, and an enjoyable and entertaining read as well. Even if you have seen the pilot, it probably could add something, because it tells what the characters were thinking.
