Review: This book is very confusing at the start but once you read on it starts to make scence. It is also more confusing because the book is written out in three different types of narration. It somtimes kept you in suspense but the ending was very twisted.

Summary: i am the cheese
Review: This is a very confusing book to follow. It starts out in a very weird place but after a few chapters you kind of get the hang of it and realize what is going on. But it is weird that the author just starts out in like the middle of the story and then he has to ketch you in between. This book is mostly about how a little boy is on his bike, he goes through lots of different obstacles but ends up where he wants to be. Over all this was a pretty good book as long as you can figure out what is going on. It took me a while to figure it out but after you do it is a lot easier to read. So read I am the cheese and you will probably like it.

Summary: I couldn't put this book down!!
Review: Literally, I was forced to read this. The scary thing is I voted to read this. The whole mental institution thing appealed me. Unfortunatly I was wrong. This book is confusing in all ways. The only way I could understand the ending is for my teacher to reveal the ending for me. Trust me, don't get this book.

Summary: One of the best books ever!
Review: I read this book a few years ago at my aunt's cabin one summer. I was drawn to it by the title, which I thought was funny and the book would be good for a laugh. As soon as I started reading it I realized it was anything but, and I was hopelessly obsessed with it until I finished it the next day. It's hard to describe the plot of this book without giving away the ending. It's about a boy who goes in search of a famliy he has lost and a past he can't remember. The novel is written as his confessions to a psychologist, who is helping him to retrace his past and find his family. There is a twist at the end that hits you like a punch in the stomach and makes you wonder just who you really can trust. I read the ending over 10 times. It was amazing.

Summary: I Am The Cheese by Robert Cormier
Review: I find this book to be confusing. There are many interpretations. I have tried to figure them all out, however how do I know which is correct. Is he so paranoid that he dreams up all his stories? Has the government nabbed him up and is holding him to find out the truth about his family?

It starts out with Adam riding his bike in search of his father at a hospital. After many encounters with who you think are strangers while he is riding his bike, the last chapter ties all those so called strangers together as familiar people. While reading this book it jumps from past to present in which you as the reader are not sure where Adam is coming from. While Adam is on his journey on his bike he seems so alone and confused....

I found that this book could have explained itself better. I was left feeling empathy for Adam and very confused about the ending. It sort of leaves you hanging.

Summary: After years, I still remember!
Review: I just don't know where to begin with about this book. Like my title says " after years, I still remember" , and that is exactly the way it is. At this moment, I am a tenth grader in highschool. I read this book when I was in seventh grade and I still think about it when a topic on great literature comes up. Because I read this in seventh grade, I forgot who most of the characters are, yet I still know what the whole story is about. From my recollection, it starts off with a boy and a normal life. Then it gets a little deeper when the boy is sneaking around ( I won't tell you why or for what, you have to read the book to find out) The ending of the book will amaze any reader as it did me.
I can honestly say that this book turned me on to reading other works of Literature and other works of Robert Cormier. Robert Cormier is a fantastic teen novelist and I would hope that other teen novelist will try to be more like him in the way he writes.
On a scale from 1 to 10, I rate this book a TEN. I would definitly recommend this book to anyone else who has not picked it up.

Summary: Wonderful book, but confusing
Review: I loved this book! To me this book is Robert Cormier's best work next to The Chocolate War. The book starts with Adam Farmer (or so you think) riding his bike to his father who lives in Rutterburg, Vermont. The bike trip then turns from a regular, ordinary trip, to a journey of self-discovery. The book may slip from past to present and present to past, which to many people may seem confusing, but once you understand it, the book is hard to put down!
