Rating: Summary: This book was SO Good I couldn't put it down. Review: This book was funny & sad. I never knew what was going to happen. Margaret was a character that made some good & bad decisions in this book. I think you should read it because I & thousands of other kids really injoyed it.
Rating: Summary: Excellent reading for teen & pre-teen girls Review: I read this book quite a few times when I was in Jr. High during the mid 1970's. To this day,it remains one of my favorites. We (all my friends) read it, and knew that Judy understood what we were feeling at that very special, but confusing time of life.
Rating: Summary: Why in the world does she presume that girls are like this? Review: I think that this book is neither believable or touching. The problems which margaret overcomes and the life she leads is idillac and fake. The realism judy blume seems to have with this novel is zero. teenagers do not behave like that..
Rating: Summary: It was a very good BOOK!!!!!!! Review: I think this book was a very good book to read, it tells you what is going on in life and helps you understand things. Kids 8 and up should understand and love this book! My advice for you if you haven't read this book is to, READ IT!!!!
Rating: Summary: This book is the best book I have ever read! Review: I loved this book so much I have honestly read it more than 20 times! Even though it was wrote way before I was born it is still great. My mom recomended it to me and even though I usually don't like the books my mother reads And was reluctant to read it I did and I loved it. Judy Blume is the best author but out of all her books this was my favorite!
Rating: Summary: A very well-written book!!! Review: I think that Are You There God? It's Me, Margaret is one of my favorite books. It talks about puberty and the stress these girls are handling while growing up. They form a club, and that is about all I can tell you. but really do read this book, it is my favorite and I have read it fourteen times!
Rating: Summary: I thought this book was great! Review: This book was really good. It is about a girl and all of her problems. I think you would definatelywant to read this book!
Rating: Summary: A great book- read it and you'll feel closer to home Review: I read this book at 12 and I'm so glad I did- it made me realise I'm not alone and that everyone else worries about the exact same stuff. Also very funny in parts; I think Margaret and I have the same Grandma! Reassuring, helpful and FUN!
Rating: Summary: it was good only i am not a girl but i read it and it was Review: this story does not only afect girls but boys. If you are a boy and you have the chance to read it. Do it. You will know more about how to get girls atention.
Rating: Summary: HELPS YOU THROUGH THOSE ROUGH YEARS Review: I read this book when I was about twelve years-old, it is still one of my favorites. It helps you to realize that all of the things that you think about aren't weird, and that it's natural to have doubts about yourself during the years of puberty. Even though this book was written way before I hit puberty, it hit home very hard. So I began to understand that no matter what race or religon someone come from, developing into a woman wasn't easy, and Judy Bloom conveyed that perfectly.
