Review: I liked this book very much,because the simple fact is that the AIDS Virus is real,and even if you think you can't or won't get it,here comes a reality check,that us teenager's can get it,that were not invinstable,though many of us think we are.This precious little girl's life was cut short because of some pervert's little games he liked to play.So please think before you have sex,with sex come's alot of responsibilities.

Summary: Heart-felt, tear-jerker. I felt for Nancy.
Review: Nancy was a happy, cheerful young woman who didn't deserve to get AIDS. I've read this book over and over again for 3 years. It didn't really effect my heart until I read it again this week. I cried over and over again, just as well as many others, I'm sure. This book is not only devestatingly depressing and sad. It's VERY educational, and it hits "home" for some girls who either have AIDS or have been raped. The words of Nancy were beautiful and I ended up loving her SO much. I never had the priveledge to know Nancy, but I sure wish I had. I know I would've gotten along with her and loved her so. I deeply encourage teenage girls to read this book, as well as the very back of the book, where Nancy wanted those questions put. It's a beautiful book and EVERY SINGLE teen-age girl should read it, whether they have AIDS of have been raped or not. I'm so glad I read that book. I've learned to love Nancy for all that she has accomplished and every bit of information in that book. I've also learned to love the wonderful people in her life, like her parents and her doctor, Dr. Sheranian. God bless Nancy.

Review: I really enjoyed this book. As a teenage girl, this book really opened my eyes to the fact that rape, HIV and the AIDS virus can happen to anyone. Also it showed me how important it is to know who you get intimate with, and that someone with the HIV virus wont look like some bad guy, he or she could be your next-door neighbor. This book showed me how priceless the people are that you care for. I really enjoyed this book, especially because you get to look into a Nancy's life first-hand, through her diary. It Happened to Nancy was a great book, and I would urge anyone and everyone to read it.

Review: Nancy, an innocent 14 year old, is date raped. As we view her life through her avidly kept diary, we become a best friend to Nancy. Not only does she have to deal with the emotional traumas of rape, but Nancy also is infected with HIV. We follow Nancy from her carefree days of being a teenager, to her deathbed. As We read, we grow with Nancy, her disease helps her to become all to wise at the yaoung age of sixteen. Anyone who is looking for an emotional tear-jerker should definetly pick up this book. The question, answer section at the end of the book should not be ignored. It will educate the reader on the more technical aspect of the HIV virus.

Review: Nancy had gotten aids from this guy and really it was rape. She has to fight her life to survive and she writes her life into a diary. She has many problems in her life and she has to face them by telling kids how she got the disease.

Review: This is one book out of hundreds that I've read and by far the one that changed my life. The mere thought of it makes me teary. After reading this book, my life was never the same, and thank God. Nancy really showed me what life really was.
