Rating: Summary: Funniest Book Review: Every girl should read this book!! I was almost snorting from laughing so hard. No other book is more true to teenage girls than this one. This book is about a 14-year old girl who lives in Britan. She has a large mad cat, a little sister who urinates in her room, and shaves off her eyebrows. Need I say more??? HINT: Don't read this in public, people might stare if you have tears running down your eyes from laughing so hard.
Rating: Summary: And I'm a big girl Review: Being a lover of London and all things British I had to have this book. I'm glad I picked it up this is one of the funnist books I have ever read. Angus thongs and ffs follows the life of fourteen-year-old Georgia and her Osbourneish like family. Right from the start this book has you laughing out loud. And after a few pages your like was I really this shallow stupid and mouthy as a teen ? After a few seconds thought your like yes I was. Or atleast wished I could have been. I loved that she was not the typical blond beauty we had to put up with in our day (Sweet Valley High ring a bell). She has real problems. A unibrow nunga nungas from hormone hell. A flighty mother , a tacky father, a crazy little sister and a killer kitty. And some not so real problems (that as a teen seemed like the end of the world) Hottie Robbie isn't into her this week, She can't dye her hair blonde and her friend Jas is dating a fruit boy aka Sex god Robbie's younger brother;Which has turned into a lovesick ding bat. The glossary in the back is funny and great if you want to know some Brit slang. Or insult people and they not have the slightest clue to what you are calling them. If you want a very funny trip down memory lane get this book. One warning don't read it in public you'll laugh out loud so much people will start to wonder about you !

Rating: Summary: It was funny, but eh. . .missing something Review: This is the diary of Georgia Nicolson. It is all of Georgia's thoughts about her life, which is rather interesting. Georgia is jealous because her dimwitted friend has a boyfriend, and she doesn't. So Georgia hunts around for a boyfriend. Sounds rather normal, right? Well, Georgia has rather odd problems at home. Her parents are psycho and mad, her younger sister Libby leaves wet diapers in her bed, and her Scottish wildcat Angus frequently tries to shred her legs. This is a funny story about how an English schoolgirl tries to deal with being a teen. Well, this looked promising from the cover. I mean, who could resist a title like this? But, honestly, the book lacked something. Georgia is not a very friendly character, and she isn't well developed enough to make you like her anyways. Also, Georgia is always talking about her rotten friends, and then she feels bad when they ignore her! Why doesn't she try being nice to them for a change? The plot was sort of twisted. Georgia and her friends didn't even try in school, and they were purposely rotten to everyone they saw. Georgia was all depressed and once in a while would say she wanted to kill herself. Why didn't she just do it to spare me the agony? I just didn't get it. But, there were some good parts. Georgia's sister Libby is really funny. She is 3 years old, and messes up everything Georgia does. Also, Georgia is a little kooky, which provides plenty of humor. She goes to a party as a stuffed olive. I was laughing pretty hard at that. Overall, I think the bad outweighs the good, but you may want to check it out of the library just because some people did like it.
Rating: Summary: Angus, thongs and etc... Review: ...found the book so-so. Characters are unprofiled and shallow. Easy but not satisfying reading. Nothing to learn, think about. One more noise-level book. Save your money although it is not as bad as "Stargirl".
Rating: Summary: The verdict is in... Review: I am 28 years old. A very successful lawyer and executive. I read this book and I was crying with laughter. Not only was it hysterically funny, but the book also brought back memories of the days when i was a teenager growing into a woman. One of the most entertaining books I have ever read. Louise Rennison is truly gifted.
Rating: Summary: MY FAVORITE BOOK-ITS A GIGGLING POTION PUT TO WORDS Review: This is my favorite book that i have ever read. i laughed out loud so many times that my brother asked me what was wrong. It is about a girl who thinks her life is horrible, she has no love life, she doesnt have her mothers breast(though noone would want THAT much wieght, but wouldnt the genes help her???, she shaved off her eyebrows, her cat is part wildcat, she has a little sister who goes the bathroom all over her room and if noone notices that the diaper is just a little heavy, it will explode. One day at the grocery store she meets the Sex God. His real name is Robbie but Georgia(the girl) thinks that he is so hot that thats what he should be called instead. Her friend has a crush on his brother Tom, so for a while they go to the store they work at and go around there casualy but always say hi to the Sex God and Tom. The gym coach is a lesbian and she always comes in the girls locker room when its shower time. THIS IS THE FUNNIEST BOOK I HAVE EVER READ IN MY ENTIRE LIFE, NO BOOK WILL EVER EQUAL IT!!! PEACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Rating: Summary: You have to read it Review: Angus, Thongs, and Full-Frontal Snogging is a must read book about being a teen. Georgia explains her feelings in thoughts in about best friends, boys, love, first-time happings, and family. You are sure to like it and read it over and over!!!!
Rating: Summary: A Funny Funny book Review: I read this book this school year only because one of my great friends told me i had to. I laughed sooo hard that tears would come out of my eyes. This book is a bout a young english girl who is ashamed by her family, is total clueless about boys, and at times kill her best friend. She spends the whole book trying to get robbie "the sex god" to like her. She does some very strange things from shaving of her eyebrows to having kissing classes. I could relate to georgia so well in some parts it was scarey. If you are a guy or a girl, full grown or a kid, it doesn't matter you will love this book and well be begging to read the next book about georgia.
