Summary: What my mother doesn't know
Review: In What My Mother Doesn't Know by Sonya Sones, a 14 year old teen struggles to fit in and find the perfect boyfriend. And also duking it out with her mother. And learning that being accepted by people is less important than being accepted by yourself. Through out this book she finds unexpected friends on the way. I think this is an excellent book. This book is chalk full of wonderful poems. And I would have to recommend this book to young adults, and more of the female gender.

Summary: In Her Eyes It Works!!
Review: This is a great book for teenage girls to read. It lets you relate to silly and crazy events that have happened and makes you a little more careful about chosing the guys you like. Sophie is like so many girls at our school who dont know what kind of guy they want. They want someone people know but its not who their heart wants. This book shows what love means to teenagers!I recamend the book because it shows things that parents arent told and what friends will go through with the gossip. It is also an easy read and it catches you off guard at the beginnig which then never want to put down.

Summary: Great Book
Review: This is a really great book. I read it when i was in the eighth grade, and although it is entirely written in short poems the author still manages to make the story understandable. Its a great book about a teenage girl and how she deals with life in cluding love.

Summary: In the Eyes of Sophie
Review: The book What my Mother Dosen't Know, was a very good book. Sophie thinks everything going wrong then she falls in love with Dylan in the backseat of her friends car, then she meets Chaz after Dylan breaks up with her, at a Halloween dance. Then she meets Murphy dose she love him dose he not? It shows her loves, but yet dose her mother knows...? I recommend the book; it shows the true meaning of love and relationships.

Summary: i LOVED it
Review: What My Mother Doesnt Know is a great teenage book. I am a 15 yearS old and it captured my heart to read what was going on through this girl's mind and body. Her name is Sophie and being a girl she is boy crazy just like me. She talks about her first love and how she is dealing with living under the roof with her mom. I have a great relationship with my mom and it was tough to read her problems , but throgh thick and thin her best friends Rachel and Grace are always by her side , just like my best friend Samantha Seco. I loved reading about her first boyfriend and the feelings she gets before she is about to kiss him. The thoughts that go throught her mind as well when she is dreaming is very imaginative. As the story progresses, I felt as if I was living through the experiences also. Sonya Sones does a GREAT job with this book and writing it into compelling peoms. You would honestly have to read it yourself to understand what I really mean. I finished this book in no time, because the author really knows how to let me keep flipping onto the next page, wanting to find out what happens next.It grew me to the story line everytime i picked up the book. I recommened this book to every teenager that is looking for love and is trying to mange between parents, to friends and boyfriends. Hope you enjoy.lexi

Summary: Every Girls Life Story--
Review: Ninth grader, Sophie, thinks that everything is going wrong in her life. That is, until she meets the super sexy, "guy of her dreams", Dylan. He is the first guy that has really liked her even though, she is, in her opinion, "a Mount Everestly tall, and really ugly" girl. However, as she sees her friends and the way they act around their boyfriends, she realizes that maybe the relationship isn't as perfect as she thought it was. She finds herself starting to like guys that she never thought she would, for example, a guy off the internet, who she has never even met!! She also likes Murphy, YUCK!! Who would like Murphy??!?? The things that she deals with in this book are things that girls of that age deal with everyday, like what to wear to the dance, what to say to that cute guy from art class, and how to not have your parents find out about your boyfriend!! It's a great book, funny, clever, romantic, and extremely true to life! I would definately recomend it!

Summary: Through my Eyes....
Review: Sophie loves sexy, handsome Dylan. They meet in the backseat of Sophie's friend's sister's car. She dreams and thinks of him. He is her life. But...what's a girl to do when nothing turns out right? From Dylan and her breaking up, to sexual harassment at the school Halloween dance, nothing is going right in Sophie's life. Then there's Chaz, her Internet buddy. Trust him or not? he asks of her life in detail. "Tell me everything about your day, start to finish, leave out nothing." he writes. Why can't anything go right for Sophie? And also, what's with Murphy? Yeah, maybe he likes her, but she doesn't like him....does she?
