Summary: In the Course of a Life Time
Review: This is a great book. It is a comedy, and it has a great plot. It is about a girl and her relationship with her dead mother, her father, and her friend named Pheobe. There is also the wonderful story of Gram and Gramps. They help to make this book both funny and serious. I enjoyed reading this novel.

Summary: Walk Two Moons: An Exceptional Novel
Review: The novel walk two moons helps the reader learn about what matters, knowing the worth of water, and walking in another's footsteps. It is about a 13-year old girl who deals with loss and death. it is pretty good, but not from a male's point of view. I'm a male myself and I thought the book was sometimes boring.

During the trip she the tells a story about her friend, Phoebe Winterbottom.Beneath Phoebe's story is her own. This heart warming novel is a must!

Summary: I HATED THIS BOOK MORE THAN ANYTHING
Review: I found this book very creepy and disturbing (yes, I read the whole thing) Most of the people I know love it, but I think it is trash.(one of my friends took my advice and has never read it) I kind of liked one of the other books by Sharon Creech, but this book was downright creepy. I thought that Ms. Cadaver and Pheobe were both disturbing, and the way the author thought. Looking at the other reviews, I am a little disgusted at the ratings. No one will probably listen to my review, but I guess you'll either love it or hate it, I don't know anyone who doesn't love it though. I do not know how it got to be a newberry. Anyways, if you want to hear my advice, don't read it. Signed: a person who appreciates fine literature.

Summary: Okay, But Not Great
Review: This book was not one of the most exciting I have read, but it moved me at times. I really was able to understand the characters emotions. The fact that the novel had two seperate stories, made it a little confusing for me to understand, therefor, the book was less enjoyable. Overall, I didnt feel that Walk Two Moons should have recieved a Newbery Award, with all the other books out there.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Walk two moons-good book
Review: This book is a very emotianal book. It is mostly about forgiving and forgeting. Creech does well describing the characters and thier feelings. this book is also about appreciating people and things. I would strongly recomend this book if you needed a new book.

Summary: Walk Two Moons meant a lot to me!
Review: As the story opens Salamanca Tree Hiddle is thirteen years old and has just been uprooted from her hometown of Bybanks, a small farm town in Kentucky. Salamanca's name comes from a place they thought was an Indian village but later turned out to be wrong but by that time, they were all used to the name.

Sal's story is not just her own story. Her mother's story, her grandparents story, and Phoebe's story are all parts of Sal's story because all of these people are important in her life. It is like one of the secret notes that Sal and Phoebe found on Phoebe's front porch: When you look at the moon you always see only one side, but don't forget that there is another side. When you hear a story, always remember that there can be another side. That is why this book is called Walk Two Moons. Do not settle for one story, listen closely and discover the second, sometimes third story behind it.

I recommend Walk Two Moons because even though it was written for kids, it deals with real life experiences and I've had some experiences of moving to a new place that's very different from where I grew up. I really enjoyed this book and I think you will too...

Summary: Take this from an 11 year old's point of view.
Review: This book is amazing! I swear after each of the 7 times I've read Walk Two Moons, Sharon Creech has left me in awe. Ms.Creech expresses sadness, craziness, joy, and friendship to people of all ages. Sal's life goes through many journies and over many mountain while traveling the midwest with Grams and Gramps explaining "Peebee".If you want to get your child to read, this book is where to start. My elementary school read it and I only know 1 person who didn't like it.
