Summary: What more could you want?
Review: 'The O.C'in a book! I'm not much of a reader- if I'm not hooked by the second page, I get bored! If you are hard to impress, like myself, this is the book for you. Completely engaged in the book from the start, it's a terrific read! The main character Anna falls for this georgeous, funny, rich guy who she met on a plane journey to California. They instantly click and he invites her to an A-List party. Arterwards they set sail on a beautiful yacht where they "get to know each other" - or so we are lead to believe! By the end of the book we realise that he is nothing special but just an average (cruel, emotionless, annoying)little boy!

Summary: Wannabe Gossip Girl
Review: It was interesting at first. It was catty and entertaining but as i turned each page, I could see how superficial and unrealistic the events in this book were. Its about a rich girl, Anna Percy, who decides to move to LA for a while so she can let loose. She gets to attend a celebrity wedding and meets hot guys and mean girls. All the characters in this book are spoiled, mean, brats with Louis Vuitton bags and money doesnt matter to them. Its too unrealistic and like Anna Percy said, "are these bad lines from a trashy teen novel?"...or something like that.

It tries to be like Gossip Girl and Sloppy Firsts but it doesnt succeed. I say, don't waste your time on this. Instead, try the ones I just compared with: Gossip Girl and Sloppy Firsts.

Summary: Better than most of the books I've read
Review: The A-list is a great book! It is full of love, friends, relationships, and life as a rich high school kid. I liked it because it had many problems that girls in real life have today. Such as worrying about their weight. Their is nothing wrong with being a size 10! As long as you are comfortable in the clothes you are in it shouldn't matter what size dress you fit in. I mean who wants to squeeze themselves in a dress that they can't fit in? I would think it would be WAY TOO UNCOMFORTABLE! It would probably rip anyway. Also, girls today are being bullied because if two girls like the same guy and one girl is like Cammie in the book, then good luck getting the guy. I'm not saying you won't, but you have to read the book in order to get what I'm saying. I also liked it because it shows that not everyone who is rich is living "the perfect life" with perfect parents, a perfect body, a perfect boyfriend etc. etc. I enjoyed reading this book and I'm looking forward to reading the sequel. Hope you all liked (or will like) it as much as I have!!

Summary: The Best Book
Review: This book was one of the best books I ever read. The A-List is for teenagers around the age of 13 and older. Their are also many other books that I have recently read that are good gift ideas. I read The Prince and The Pauper and The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants. The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants and The A-List both have more than one sequels which I am looking forward to reading. I think overall, that this book is GREAT for Teenagers.

Summary: Great book(s)!
Review: I love the A-List series! Although they're a little over exagerrated (the characters live basically in Hollywood and are extremely rich), they're so fun to read.

Summary: The awsome list
Review: I love to read teen romance stories and thought that this was one of the best out there. The A-list was an amasingly well written book. I personally think that Zoey Dean is and amasing author. I definatly incourage other people to read this book as well as the rest in the series

Summary: .
Review: I'm sorry to say, but this book really bored me. the beginning was too slow and dull. Also, there was no real "action". I think the Gossip Girl books are a much better read because in those books, there is a more interesting plot and there is more action.

Summary: ~*~*~*~*~*~The book of the century~*~*~*~*~*~*
Review: This book, the A-List is by far the best book i have read my whole life. I read it in just 3 days but i have re-read it 6 times. In this book, Anna Percy is a 17 yr old girl who longs to ecsape her prep school and afternoon tea life, so she moves to Beverly Hills. She moves in with her dysfunctional dad, meets a hot guy from princeton named Ben, goes to a oscar winniers wedding with ben. Along the way she meets her sweet and mysterious piano playing dad's assistant. Also meets Dee, Cammie, and sam, otherwise known as the beautful and rich A- List. This book has some inapporpriate stuff in it so i recommend that you are at least 14 yrs old.

Summary: Smart, Smart, Smart!
Review: The A-List is smart! I just read it last weekend after plowing through all the Gossip Girl books over Christmas break. But I like The A-List even better, because the writing is smarter and Anna is smarter than anyone in the Gossip Girl world. The Gossip Girl books may be meaner, though. What I like the most is that Anna is really a good reader, and knows a lot about books and poetry. What I also like is that she makes the same kinds of mistakes that I and all my friends do, and then has to pay for them, like being friends with the wrong people. I can't wait to read all the rest of the books in the series. Zoey Dean has a new fan.

Summary: I just couldn't put it down
Review: The A-List is a one of a kind book. No other author could write as well as Zoey Dean has written it.

The A-List is about a girl named Anna Percy who comes from New York to live with her dad who she has not seen for a long time. Meeting a guy named Ben on the plane to Beverly Hills, LA, California was not a lot of help to meeting people and getting friends. Meeting some ups and down before she goes to school to finish up her senior year is not helpful at all. Her dad is no help and all of the kids are no help either. New Years day ruins her life because she wakes up and Ben is not there. He left her and no reason at all.

I could not put this book down and when i finished it i had to get the 2nd book "girls on film" and once i finished that book i just had to get the 3rd book "Blonde Ambition". Hopefully Zoey Dean will come out with a 4th book so she can finish the series off, or see what happens to the rest of Anna's life in Beverly Hills.
