Summary: Intriguing and Addictive-- The A-List is ON my A-List
Review: I read this entire book in one day because I liked it so much! Anna, a rich preppy girl from Manhattan, moves to her now druggie father's California home for the summer. On the plane ride, she is "rescued by" Ben, a cute (also rich) boy going back home on the west coast. After Anna is invited by him to a celeb wedding, a whirlwind of jealousy and romance ensues. Ben's old friends wonder who this new girl is, and three girls from his past all want him. What will happen next? Although there is profanity and as some would call "adult situations" [true], its very addictive. The only thing I have a complaint about is the ending. I won't give away ANY details, except to say that I did not like it at ALL! The way it's left, it seems like a sequel is coming.... hmm!!! Buy it, read it. You won't regret it!

Summary: At the top of my A-List!
Review: I have read all the Gossip Girl books so far, and also such books as Angus, Thongs, and Full-Frontal Snogging, and I think that The A-List is alot better than any of these. Anna is such a great character and it is east like her. It's like she's a rich girl but doesn't act like a rich girl. She has problems with her parents and with boys, and the guy that she likes the most just fell in love with her best friend. Then she moves from New York City to Beverly Hills, where the coolest girls in her new high school decide that they totally hate her. How they try to ruin her life is amazing to read. One bad thing after another happens to Anna, but she never gives in. What's also great about this book is that it is funny. I know that some other people here said how funny it is, but it really is. The book ends on a big question, so I just can't wait to buy the next one. Get yourself on the A-List by reading this book!

Summary: Gossip Girl, Move Over!
Review: I loved this book so much. This book is just as funny as Gossip Girl and just as snarky, but somehow even more fun to read. I think it is because you will love the heroine Anna so much. She is a rich girl, but she could also be your friend very easily. She also is a girl who reads a lot. She moves from New York City to Beverly Hills, and the whole book takes place in just one day, on the day she arrives. There are hot guys and hot parties and you just want to keep reading to see what happens next. So if you love Gossip Girl books, you will adore The A-List. I laughed out loud many times when I read this, and I couldn't put it down.

Summary: The B List
Review: I think the book was well written, but as soon as I finished it, I threw it at the wall, because I didn't want it to end that way!!

Anna Percy is a rich girl from New York, and her best friend Cyn is like the perfect person to her. When she gets invited to go to Beverly Hills and stay with her dad, she hesitantly takes the chance. On the plane, she meets a guy Ben and after a hot session in the planes bathroom, he invites her to a wedding where she meets Dee,Sam,and Cammie. The 3 girls who all want Ben. This book is a great read, but I was disappointed with the ending.

Summary: What a Great Book!
Review: The A-List is one of the most fun reads in a long, long time. The book takes place in about twenty-four hours, so it zips right along without any chance for the plot to slow down. All the characters, from good girl Anna Percy to bad girl Cammie Sheppard, from nice guy Adam Flood to bad boy Ben Birnbaum, are engaging. Most of all, they're funny. I read The A-List after I read Girls on Film, the book that came after it. I don't know which one is better. But I sure can't wait for the third one to come out.

Summary: Amazing teen romance
Review: This book has to be one of my all-time favorites. It's about a high school girl, Anna Percy, who is a rich uptown NYC girl. She decides to live with her father on the West Coast in Beverly Hills, and she has many new exciting experiences with the Hollywood crowd. IT's an amazing story- pretty unrealistic- but still fun to read none the less. I won't give too much more away, but it does start out a little slow so keep reading, it gets much better.

Summary: Better than Gossip Girl
Review: I bought this book and read it in one day. Unlike Gossip Girl which I also bought, this book is a classier version. The main character in The A-List is a likable person. She goes to LA on an adventure expedition and falls in love with a guy she met on the airplane flight. Unfortunately for Anna, the three other main characters all love the same guy. This makes the book kinda corny because why would three very rich girls from California be in love with the same guy when there are other fishes in the sea. The difference between this book and Gossip Girls is that each of the girls although very bitchy come across likeable because the author provides you a little background information regarding the main characters. The book is also good because it doesn't focus solely sex and drugs which happens to be a big part of rich boys and girls in high society who have so much money and little parental guidance,,,,think Paris Hilton.

Summary: it was good
Review: i liked this book. zoey dean has a writing style that ive never read before. im sure that, when my mom got this for me, she didn't know how much cursing was in it. i love the scene where anna and ben make out in the plane bathroom-until they're busted.
its a good book worth reading. ive read better, but its still good.

Summary: ATTENTION TEENS
Review: Take it from a teenage girl, this book was AWSOME. If you liked Sloppy Firsts, Second Helpings,Gossip Girl and similar novels, definatly get this book. I literally couldn't put the book down. I stayed up and read the entire book in one night. And I'm not the "bookie" type. GET THE BOOK, ITS AWSOME. If you don't read this, you are missing out.
