Summary: The best series since SVH
Review: Princess Mia is off in good deeds again and she's sharing kisses with Michael!!! OHHH!!! To read this book you have to read The princess diaries,Princess in the spotlight, Princess in love, Princess in waiting, and after this book ; Princess in pink. To me all Meg cabot's books are amazing!!!

Rating: 2 stars
Summary: Not one of Cabot's Greatest Moments
Review: Project Princess by Meg Cabot is the number four and a half for the "Princess Diaries" series. Do not get me wrong, I have enjoyed the "Princess Diaries" series tremendously but this book was a total disappointment. I was disappointed because the book is only 50 pages in length, the plot line was quite boring, and reading Project Princess ("PP") was a total waste of my precious time. Meg Cabot could have done so much better.

"PP" was a total of 50 pages. I was finished reading it in about an hour. Many of Cabot's other works in this series are between 200-250 pages and take on average two days to read fully. The reason for the short length, stated by Cabot was because she did not want any of her loyal fans to miss any part of Princess Mia's diary. In my opinion, that is a totally brainless idea. Cabot should have just added these entries to the number five book in the "Princess Diaries" series (to be released in May 2004); instead of publishing this pamphlet she calls a book.

Usually Cabot's plot lines are quite interesting, but this one for "PP" bored me to tears. I normally love this series, but Cabot just could not grab my attention like she has with her other novels. Do not get my wrong, I read the whole thing because I thought the story line might get better but no luck, it was terrible all the way through. Maybe, Cabot made this book so short because of the fact that "PP" was boring and was hoping not to lose too many fans. I will be going to buy the next novel in the series just to see if Cabot came out the writer's funk she seemed to in while writing "PP".

Meg Cabot's Project Princess is number four and a half in the "Princess Diaries" series. I would not recommend reading or buying the book to anyone. "PP" is not worth your time or money; do not waste them on this book. If you would like to read a "Princess Diaries" book, either wait until five comes out or go to your public library and take out books one though four.

Summary: Short and Sweet
Review: Project Princess, the 4th and a half novel in the Princess Diaries series was a good book and a lot better than I expected it to be. For spring break, Mia decides to ditch Grandmere, her grandmother and dowager princess of Genovia, as she goes to Palm Springs, and instead decides to go with her "G and T" class to help build houses for the less fortunate in West Virginia. Will she and Michael make out under the West Virginia stars uninterrupted by parents or friends, or is she in for an unromantic week of hard labor? Find out in the newest installment of the Princess Diaries series that throws and unexpected curve in the end!

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Short entertainment
Review: Short, but great. You have gotta catch up on what Princess Mia is doing during their spring break...helping the poor! While they are to build houses for the poor, Mia, and friends, including Michael, Mia secretly hope to spend a bunch of good time (including making-out time) with Michael...but things just seems to be so...busy.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Terrific authors always write terrific stories ...
Review: Sometimes spring break is not all fun and games. Princess Mia is spending hers by helping a school group build homes for the less fortunate. On the plus side, it's something good to do, helping humanity, and she will get to spend time with Michael. On the minus side, the work is back breaking and it's located way out in the boonies. Despite all this, there are plenty of laughs and a positive message to be had.

**** Proceeds from the sale of this book will truly help the less fortunate, which alone makes getting it worthwhile. However, you will also have a good time reading it. Mia's unique outlook as she chronicles the trials of royalty and high school is always charming. ****

Summary: Interesting but too short
Review: The book is quite funny and easy to read, and I read it yesterday in a row! However, it would be better if it was not so short. But if you are a fan of the series and feel bored, it is a recommedned quick read! I have bought almost all the books by Meg Cabot. They are all very good. I am looking forward to volume V!

Summary: Great
Review: The reason I gave this book 5 stars is because I love the rest of the series.
~If you have read the other books, you will enjoy this book. Although it is small (around 60 pages) compared to the others in the series, it is still as fun and silly as the other books.
~If you haven't read the series, these books are the diaries of the Princess Mia of Genovia. Even though she is a princess, girls can relate to her struggles, worries, hopes, and thoughts.
~This book, in my opinion, is best suited for girls ages 12 and up.

Summary: not as good as full length books
Review: this book didn't add up to the meg cabbot substantuals. If you think that if you don't buy this book your'e going to miss out on a lot of information yoour wrong. the book is about 60 pages and it dosn't tell a whole lot about anything that happens you'd be betteer off reading it right at the book store. Don't buy this book and waste your'e money or your'e parents money.

Summary: pretty good
Review: This book was good, but what i don't understand is how Mia and Michael kissed like 2 or 3 times in the fourth book, but now all they want to do is make out all the time. Also the thing about Michael not wanting to show a public display of affection, but what happened to the kiss he gave her in front of all those people at the winter carnival or on the street before school???? Michel was definetly diffrent in this book.

Summary: Let me just explain...
Review: This book was only originally written as a short book for the United Kingdom's national book week. Every year, successful authors write short books that will go on sale. Each schoolchild gets given a £1 book token, to be exchanged for one of these special books or for discount off of another book (to encourage reading, probably). The only reason this was released in the USA (except possibly making money) was that many USA fans were buying the £1 book from British sites and wanted to see it in American stores. So worry no more. It was a one-off British special. It was probably written in a week. So now you know. Don't let this put you off the brilliant Meg Cabot.
Give it a try. It's alright actually.
