Review: This book rocks. You gotto read this book. If you like dogs and hunting. It has comedy and Billy may have a crying problem, but his dogs make up for it. All together you should read this book. It has exciting and sad parts. The action is really good. For one thing Billy is a really determined kid. Billy is an adventures kid and likes to venture out on to the wilderness. You should really read this book.
In the end this is a really great book. It`s great and you should really read this book.

Review: I think this is a good story because there is lots of hunting and fishing and I think everyone should hunt or fish.
I like it because it gives you so much detail that it feels like you where in the story I couldn't put it down but we had to because our teacher told us not read ahead.I recomend you read this book because it's really exciting.
This was a very gory book.It was also a very sad heartwarming story about a boy and his two dogs. If I where you I would read this story because it is a very good book!

Review: I loved the book where the Red Fern Grows! It was detailed greatly and had a lot of great adventures in it. I like that the author wrote the story from the view of a kids mind instead of making it seem like he was the adult the whole time. Because that would've been boring. I also like the book because I can relate to the main character, because I love dogs and I live kind of like him because I was brought up on a farm. I love how Billy is so involved and loves his dogs so much. I would recomend this book to dog lovers and people who don't mind hunting. I love the book Where the Red Fern Grows!

Review: After reading the other reviews I noticed that Billy did have some crying problem. But that doesn't way out the good things about the book like the message about persistance is rewarded wich it should be in life but that about never happens any more. Some other things I liked were that the dogs cared about Billy and vise versa by the ways that Billy did live up to is word. Over all I liked the book and thought that much of it was true about how dogs and boys act together. I would reckemend it to any one that likes hunting
