Rating: Summary: Pigman ROCKS!!! Review: This is a very heartfelt book. I first read it in sixth grade and it touched my heart. I recommend this book to any young adult, it will enlighten and entertain at the same time
Rating: Summary: Very Good Book Review: "The Pigman" is a truly profound book, dealing with the truths of life and being an adolescent. You learn to love and understand the characters. However, there is also some humor in this book, and it lightens the situation up. I suggest this to young adult readers who enjoy reality
Rating: Summary: Don't read this! Review: I was forced to read this trash for book-report in class. I could hardly finish it. You can find more interesting things in commercials and billboards
Rating: Summary: I liked this book because it made me think of the real life. Review: When I read this book about a week ago, I thought that it was a very good one. It made me think of how most elderly people think in there head. It made an impact in my life and I am going to recamend this book to all/many of my friends.
-Katie Torres
Rating: Summary: Shockingly truthful; too real for immature readers to grasp Review: The constsant swithching of setting and characters grabs youas the reader immediately. Becuse of the szychophrenic atmosphere Zindel creates, it's one of those books you can never truly seem to lay down. Once you become immeared in the painfully cose to home feelings of awkward adolsecence, you are emmersed in the plot. The protagonist confront real issues and real problems, from sex to parents to school. If you wanty to read a reality book with no fantasy infringing on the harsh likeness of society, this is a book you need to read
Rating: Summary: The most interesting and funniest books I've ever read. Review: My teacher read the book to my class and we were all hooked. A rarety in my 6th grade classroom
Rating: Summary: Good Book Review: This is a really good book. (and the person that goes to school is not named the Pigman)It is about two teens who befriend a lonely older man.
Rating: Summary: This book was the worst Review: it was really bad i hated it because it was narrated by john and lorraine and they are horrible narrators.
Rating: Summary: The Pigman Review: I just finished reading the Pigman and it was a great book. I really do recomend it to many young people. When I got to some good chapters, I just did not want to put the book down! I guess I enjoyed reading this book because it really relates to some people. John and Lorraine didn't like high school and they tell their lives like they really are. I really enjoyed reading "The Pigamn," and I hope you do, too!
