Summary: Great Friendship story!
Review: Since it's summer now, why not relax and read this book? Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants is a great friendship story, that circles around four friends, and a pair of magical pants, that helps them get through the summer together. I think this book is great to share with friends, and a great summer read. I guarentee you will love this book! Read it and see for yourself!

Review: I have read this book twice and think that it is fabulous!! I can completely relate to at each of the girls in at least one of their situations, espicially Tibby. This book is a real tearjerker so have the Puffs box ready and wear waterproof mascara! Hehehe Go read it... But you don't have to take my word for it hehehe.

Review: I'm sorry, I tried to like it, but I'm gonna have to be indifferent towards it. The only girl whose story I liked was Lena's. I could relate to Lena. Tibby was kinda boring, Carmen, well she was interesting, and Bridget...well she seemed...I can't think of anything nice. Who knows? Maybe if I give it a second read, then I might like it better. Who knows? Sisterhood of the travelling pants 2 that's coming out next april might be better, but as a seventeen year old girl...I'm gonna have to say, this didn't appeal to me like I thought it would. But don't let it stop you from reading and forming your own opinion.

Review: This book is my alltime favorite read. It is so interesting that I wouldn't put it down. The book is realistic, with real-life situations. I highly reccomend this book. READ IT!!!! :-)

Review: "The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants" is one of the best teen books I've ever read! When I first heard about it, I thought it was really corny - and it is built on the childish concept that this one pair of ordinary jeans fits four completely different best friends perfectly and changes their summer. But don't let that stop you from reading it. This is a funny, touching story of four girls who branch out the summer after their sophomore year - Lena to visit her grandparents' in Greece, Carmen to spend time w/ her dad in S. Carolina, Bridget to soccer camp in Baja California, and Tibby staying home in Maryland, working at Wallman's - and find themselves changed for the better. Unlike lots of teen books out there, it actually seems to capture teen girls' thoughts and keeps it realistic. I would recommend "The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants" to any teenage girl

Review: This book models how friendship can see teenagers through divorces, step-family-hood, the invisible child syndrome, deaths, and many other types of losses. A pair of blue jeans represents this friendship between the teens, even through their disagreements and across the miles that separate them the summer of the jeans. These four girls have strengths and weaknesses that cause them much angst; however, they help each other through their developmental trials by knowing each other so well and by being honest with one another.

Summary: A hilarious and fun read
Review: Just by reading the Prologue, the magic of THE PANTS whirls you into a fun and funny novel with distinct characters, realistic plotlines, and enjoyable conflicts.
Best friends Carmen, Tibby, Lena, and Bridget are spending the summer apart for the first time. The girls decide to send back and forth a pair of jeans Carmen uncharacteristically bought at a thrift store, writing their fondest and worst memories on each pant leg: a way to send a piece of themselves to each other.
Each girl's own story and destination are interlocked-accompanied by appropriate quotes descended from people, a Sears catalogue, and the book itself- in a magnetic way that keeps you reading.
I disliked certain conclusions of the book (I won't give anything away), because they were a bit rushed or sappy or unsatisfying, but overall, this was a great book that you can read again and again.

Review: i don't read very much, well, i didn't like reading until last week when i went on a reading frenzy. This is one of the books i bought because i've heard so much about it, "new york's bestseller" i loved this book, it made me smile, it made me cry, it made LAUGH OUT LOUD! i read this book from 12:45am-5:15am i couldn't put it down! i wish there were more books like this!

Summary: WARNING: You won't be able to stop reading!
Review: My best friend bought me this for my birthday. I thought it looked kinda dumb so I stuck it in the back of my bookshelf. A few months later she asked if I had read it yet and I was embarressed to say no. When I got home I found it and decided to try to read it, just so I could tell her I read it. As I started to read I thought to myself "self: this is going to be a long book". But As I kept reading, I found that I became really involved in the book. I could identify with the characters. I felt what they felt. When they were upset, I was upset and when they were happy, I was happy. I was really suprised that I enjoyed the book so much. I think every teenage girl would love this book. I would also recommend this book as a gift. But keep encouraging the person to read the book!! They'll love it!

Summary: I LOVE THIS BOOK!!
Review: Hi! I love this book! It is funny and emotional. I love all the adventures the girls go on! You feel like you are friends with these girls and you are living the adventure with them. Although it was confusing when they switch from one girl to another alot, you figure it out. I would recomend this book to all girls! I can really say that I enjoyed this book!
