Summary: wish i could travel with you
Review: What I love about The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants is that i can connect to something in each of the four main characters' personalities.I love Ann Bradshares style of writing - it feels like I am one of them, living in their lives, experienceing their troubles and thrills, romances and lack of love. It is a truly amazing book that everyone should read at least once...or maybe twice.

Summary: it's like titantic in a book...
Review: Okay, don't start throwing water on me yet. Titantic was *one* of the biggest chick-flicks. This book is definetely reserved for girlies who have an itch for pants. *raises hand* I was right on my first instinct, for once. This book made me cry, laugh, swear, and at the same time. (0o0)\
Carmen, the one with the body, the emotions, and the arm that can win a war...Lena, the goddess of beuty, of distrust, but of neatness and maturity...Bee, the one person who lost, but found, runs without thinking, but with actions...and Tibby, a girl who realizes how horrible, and wonderful, a girl can be...These four friends made me realize not only how important mine are, but how much i love the pants...(^-^)

btw: the reason i gave it a four was becuase, while wonderful in fantasy and fluff, it COULD not happen in nature, unless there was an act of god. sigh..if only he could...

Summary: Amazing!
Review: Meet "The Septembers", 4 best friends who have just found a pair of magical pantss. As the pants travel across states and continents we travel along with them.

Carmen is going to stay with her father and his new family. And things don't exactly turn out as she'd have liked them to. (I didn't like most of her step-family but I however loved her step-brother).

Bridget is on her way to soccer camp where she meets a very hunky 19 year old counsler named Eric and ends up getting more than she bargained for.

Lena travels take her to Greece to visit with her gradparents. Where a huge mistake leads her to the boy of her dreams.

While all her friends are out having exciting adventures all over the world poor Tibby is stuck at home working at a grocery store where she meets a smart-mouthed little girl who changes her life forever.

God, I loved this book! It was amazing and I can't wait to buy the sequal!

Summary: OMG!!!!
Review: This has defanity got to be one of my favorite books ever! It has a the things a good book needs: friends, a funny and cute plot and summer vaction. While most girls can kinda relate it is not just your regular book. Tibby is the hard-headed yet funny rebal with the terrible job and a perky boss. Carmen goes off to spend the summer with her fun and carefree dad and ends up with not at all what she expected. Beautiful Lena hates boys but they love her. She goes off to Greece to vist her grandparents and meets the love of her life. Bridget goes to soccer camp and falls deeply in love with hot soccer coach Eric. And all of this is because of the pants.

Summary: dont judge a book by its title
Review: When my friend first recommended this book to me, i said it looks and sounds silly and stupid. Its about pants and that is dumb. When i first started reading, i really got into it. The author wrote the book in a very interesting way telling each girl's story one by one and i really wanted to keep reading. as i got through the first twenty pages or so, i realized that this really was not about the pants but it is about the girls who are wearing them. All of the girl's stories were different and very interesting to read and when the author stopped writing about a particular girl and started writing about the next one, i wanted to keep reading and find out what happened next. Bridget, Tibby, Carmen, and Lena all have unique personalities and i really liked reading about what happened in their life. the pants are a part of the book but as i read it i realized that just because the title was about the pants the book was not and the book was very interesting and a great read. before you put any book to the side because you dont like the title, open it up and start reading. i know it worked for me and i ended up reading a GREAT book over spring break. it is great for all teenage girls and i really recommend reading the seaquel too!!!!!!!!!

Summary: Very Sweet
Review: The Sisterhood of the Travelling Pants is a very sweet story about four fifteen-year old best friends who spend their first summer apart. Carmen, one of the friends, owns these used blue jeans--the magical pants. Each one of the four friends looks fabulous in the pants--they decide to share the pants over the summer as a reminder of their friendship and head their separate ways. Carmen goes off to spend the summer with her father, only to discover he is engaged to a woman with a family of her own. Tibby stays home and works at a local store and befriends a younger girl with cancer. Bridget goes to Baja for soccer camp and falls for an older soccer coach. Finally, Lena travels to Greece with her sister to spend the summer with her grandparents. They mail the pants back and forth, but the story isn't really about the pants, it is about a strong friendhip among these four young women. It's an enjoyable, fairly squeaky clean story that I think anyone who has been fifteen, or looks forward to being fifteen, will enjoy.
