Summary: The Outsiders
Review: I thought that "The Outsiders" was an excillent book. It made people understand that all people are equal. It doesn't matter if you dress with poor looking clothes. Just because you're rich doesn't mean you're special, and if you're not so rich you should get teased! Nobody's that special!

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Great book
Review: I had to read this book for Literacy, and I thought it was gonna be boring, but it wasn't. I could really relate to a lot of the characters and it makes you think about life in a different way.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: the best!
Review: at first, when my english teacher assigned this book for us to read i thought it was going to be boring. woah! was i wrong! i totally love to read books, and of all the ones i have read this one by far is one of the best! it was just interesting, and i really could relate to it. and i must admit that johnny was by far my favorite character. maybe this was because i could just picture him so well. but i almost cried myself when i finished it. im already starting to read it again, and i just finished it on the 19! i really recommend this book to everyone.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: This is my absolute favorite book!
Review: When I was really little I loved to read but now I only read when I have to. I had to read "The Outsiders" for English class and immediately discovered it was an excellent book. I just finished it today! If I hadn't been in class I probably would have been crying because it really touches you. Not to mention my favorite charachter was Johnny. I could also relate to Ponyboy because I have the same qualities. You can really see people you know in each character! Many people classify this book as young adult, which I am, but I really think anyone of any age could learn a lot from "The Outsiders." S. E. Hinton must be a incredible author to write a book like this when she was just 16! I plan on reading more of her books and I hope you read "The Outsiders" because it is more than a book, it touches your heart like nothing else. My class will also be showing the movie, but I don't even know how a movie could be this good.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: You should definatly read this book. You'll learn a lot.
Review: I have read The Outsiders about 5 times. The book teaches you a lot of leasons and about how life can be for certain people, or in certain areas. You'll get an idea of how real someone can be, yet lead this fake life. But behind everyone, their is a "Real" person to them, but they are afraid to reveal themselves. In this book, Pony reveals himself through writting.

Summary: Shocking, Amazing
Review: Well, I've seen both the book and the movie. I have to say that the book is much better than the movie, though. Anyway, this book persuades me to look at our world and it still make me think after I first read the book a year ago: Are all the gangsters like to be that way? Or just because they're forced to do it?

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: I LUV THIS BOOK!
Review: I absolutly fell in love with this book within 5 seconds. Sure it's slow at the beginning, but I can relate someone I know to everyone in the book. I found Sodapop to be my fave character. He's kind & caring, yet wild & full of excitement. There were times in the book, near the middle, when I was yelling and screaming at the book, and times, at the end, where I cried. Along with being a serious and deep book, it can be hilarious (mostly cuz of Two-Bit & Soda). I strongly recomend this book to anyone who can understand that "life's rough all over." HAPPY READIN'

Summary: A very real, and touching novel...I loved it!
Review: I'm a 14 year old, and I don't enjoy reading very much, but this story was so real. The friendships were so close, like the many I have had. And the groups, from the Greacer to the Soc's, it is just how it is today, in where your catigorized in the social group...it was just so real! I truly recomend this book to everyone...it was very touching.

Summary: This book would have to be the best book I have ever read.
Review: When I was given this book to read by my english teacher I thought it would be pathetic. It was not! Ponyboy's hardship and his personal strength was amazing. S.E.Hinton describes this book well, with much detail. I do not know how anyone could not like this book. The twist about the book actually being Ponyboy's semester theme was also really good. The letter from Johnny was so sad that I cied. I think that everyone should read this book. I have also seen the movie. That is also good but with the book you can really sence what the character is feeling. S.E.Hinton writes the book to feel as though you are there, a part of Ponyboy's life and feeling his emotions. That is what's so good about it.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: An outstanding novel by S.E. Hinton
Review: I loved the way that all of the emotions were shared and the friendship was terrific. It was outstanding how well this book was. I suggest it to anyone who needs a great book to read. It is full of hard and happy times. Truely a great book!
