Rating: Summary: Double Trouble With The Piper's Review: These three young witches ge so annoying after about five pages that you just wish that the monsters, or Dr.Frankenstein at leaat would show up and do away with them with those plasma pulse rays from the Ghostbuster films. Anyway, if you want to read good literature, try Bram Stocker.
Rating: Summary: Preview of: A Tale Of Two Pipers. Review: Because there are 2 pipers and if leo gets hurd they dont care. How must phoebe and paige solf this they have to save leo and piper as well. One of the 2 pipers is very serious but the other party the whole night. If you have read the other charmed books you will get the story but you can also begin to read this book at first. I dont have read it out jet but it is a very cool and mysterious book, just like the other books but this book ghose over piper not many books are over piper.
Rating: Summary: Finally a Piper book Review: I bought this book solely based on the fact that the story was revolved around Piper instead of Phoebe or Paige. Good book but it sounds kinda like the episode "Which Prue is it anyway".
Rating: Summary: Awesome!! Review: I have only just started reading the book and I love it!! Like I said in another review I did, I would love to meet Holly Marie Combs because I think that in the show she has the hardest life of the three sisters and because in another book where she does a personal interview she shows me and everyone who reads the book that she truely cares about the teenage girls that watch her show!! I think she is a totally awesome person and I would do absoultly anything to meet her in person!!
Rating: Summary: Two Pipers Review: I was a little annoyed that Piper Two was portrayed as an "i do what i want to do" girl, because she isn't that way at all! However, this is certainly a very good Charmed book in the sense that it has a lot of the feeling from the Prue times.
Rating: Summary: The best Review: In my opinion this book is the best among all the Charmed books. It's funny and it focuses on Piper. Unlike other Charmed books in which a lot of "strangers" are introduced, this book focuses highly on the three sisters and Leo. I really enjoy this book and would recommend those who loves Piper to read this book.
Rating: Summary: Something is missing Review: Piper decides to stay home while Phoebe and Paige go shopping. A painting crew knocks over some herbs, and this pushes Piper over the edge. "I wish there were two of me," Piper says innocently. Piper changes her mind and catches up with her sisters to buy an awesome new jacket. At the same time, she goes shopping for food and stops by her club. It is not until they both come home a few minutes apart that Piper knows there really are two of her. While Phoebe and Paige look for answers in The Book of Shadows, the Pipers decide to take advantage of their doubleness. One is off to the club for an interview and to set up for a show. Then the other decides to take care of things at home. Meanwhile, the Elders learn that the Darklighters are organizing and planning an attack. Leo requests to warn the Charmed Ones; a novice Whitelighter is sent instead. Later, Leo is sent; he gets kidnapped--and the sisters must find a way to save him. Having a story that focuses on Piper is a nice change of pace. I often wonder why they focus on Phoebe who has the weakest power, or Paige who is still developing her powers. But something keeps the book from being a true "Charmed" story. No Cole, no Wyatt or a mention of Piper being pregnant....Most of the books come out, as I have noticed, about one year after the television season in which they would be part of. No clue where this one fits in, and it does weaken the story.
Rating: Summary: An Old Idea Rehashed Review: Piper has way too much work to do and her sisters are not helping (they have decided to go to the mall). Leo has been summoned for a big Whitelighter gathering. That leaves Piper alone to deal with complete chaos as both her home and her nightclub are in danger from workmen. But when an armload if spices falls onto some charms, Piper is accidently wished into two. Although unintentional, Piper one and Two see the advantages of being in two places at once. But danger rears its ugly head as the Darklighters band together for the first time in many years. Having Piper split in to is a classic move but it was not handled well. I was not convinced that half of Pipers traits went to each version. In fact both seem rather selfish for much of the time. This could have been a pretty good story but there just wasn't enough work done either on the details of the character histories (the first season or two seem completely ignored). Far from the best of the Charmed books but also not the worst. I would put this one firmly in the middle somewhere.
Rating: Summary: an ok story. Review: piper is stressed out. she has too much to do between being a good wife and a club owner. an innocent wish that there could be 2 of her comes true. at first piper thinks that this is just the perfect solution. but when darklighters kidnap leo and her powers are lost, she begins to wonder if she can find a solution to save her husband and restore the power of three. this book could have had more funnier scenes in it. it was a bit too series for something that in my opinion could have been a good comedy. like the charmed episode with the 3 prues. it was a good read but it could have been more humorus.
Rating: Summary: ............. Review: the book had me very much into it and I was able to finish in less then a day...... It reminded me almost of Piper when the series first started...how she was able to be calm and take a break
