Summary: best manga i have ever read!!
Review: I first read kodocha after one of my good friends loaned it to me, telling me that i would love it. I had never read manga before, so i didnt think i would like it at all...turns out i was wrong! I read the whole kodocha series, and then read them twice more before i could give the books back to my friend. Akito is the class bully, and finally sana snaps. She wants to be able to do her schoolwork, but akito and the other boys prevent the teacher and rest of the class from getting anything done. Sana challenges akito's authority, and gets her butt kicked! Later in the book she finds a way to strike back. Akito finally has to listen to her, but soon after more problems arise. i loved these books and highly recommend them!!!

Summary: Very Entertaining.
Review: A good friend of mine first introduced me to the Kodomo no omocha anime back in 2000, and since then I have waited patiently for it to be translated into English. I can read Japanese, but my knowledge of the language mainly deals with formal speech that is hardly used in manga. Anyway this is a very entertaining series about an 11 year old actress named Sana. Sana is a very happy girl, loving life, her mama, her friends, and her gigolo, pimp, Rei. Don't ask you must read this to understand. Sana, however, does have one blemish on her perfect world, and that blemish is Hayama Akito, a mean spirited bully.

Kodocha is a very funny series, but it is also very serious. It tackles many issues, including divorce, death of loved ones, and family turmoil. It is a very good series that should be read by any who are a fan of good manga.

Summary: Kodocha is the best manga ever
Review: Hi, there if your just starting on reading manga, or maybe you've been reading manga before you started reading this. But no matter what you'll love the Kodocha 'set'. Kodocha was the very first manga I read, a friend told me that I had to read, I did I liked it and so far I've been working on the 'set' of the Kodocha, I've read up to the 5th. If you like romance, humor, and seriousness all in one book, then this is the book for you, and if you like the book I suggest you read the rest of the ten books Mihi Obana wrote. She is a good writer. I hope my reveiw help you choose that you really need to buy this book.

Summary: Not bad, not bad at all!
Review: I liked Kodocha, it was funny and its nice to see a shojo manga thats not so girly lovedovey bleachy like most seem to be. As a girl who usually likes shonen better, Kodocha meant a lot to me!
It really did have some really witty lines. There's also a cliffhanger at the end of almost every book that makes you want to get the next one! Annoying at times, but hey, it's a selling technique!
I really like Tsuyoshi! I dont care if no one else does! He should be allowed to have Sana!!!

Summary: Keep On Reading!!
Review: I LOVED this series!! It Has Great Humor And Is Lots Of Fun To Read!!In My Opinion, The First Half of Volume 1 Starts Off A Bit Dull And Childish, But It All Goes UpHill From There!! If You Are tHinking About Reading This Series, Dont Hold Back! Its So Intresting, You'll Have Trouble Convicing Yourself Nott To Buy All The Books In The Series! In My Opinion, Each Volume Just Gets Better And Better!! And Volume 10 is Like The Iving On The Cake!! Very, Very Well Planned Out Series.

Summary: Kodocha rules, by Caitlin Griffin
Review: I totally think Kodocha is one of the best manga books I have ever read!! It is amazingly funny, but not so light that it gets boring to read. It combines just the rigt amount of romance and childishness. Throughout the whole series the characters change a lot in the way they act and think. The book is fairly esey to relate to which is so fun! I would like to reccomend this book to people who like Tokyo Mew Mew, Girl Got Game, Ranma 1/2, and Marmalade Boy. I know that you will like the book!!!

Summary: Great stuff~
Review: I'm a longtime fan of the Kodomo no Omocha (Kodocha) anime and manga, and, needless to say, I was a bit scared when I saw an English version of the manga at my bookstore. Usually the American versions of Japanese anime and manga leave a LOT to be desired, but this one is quite good. It follows the story of our hyperactive heroine, Sana-chan, as she struggles to get through school with the demon Hayama. It's really a wonderful story with wonderful graphics, characters, and storylines, which is why Kodocha remains to be my favorite anime/manga. I -definitely- recommend that you pick up the English version, especially if you're Japanese impaired.

Summary: One of the Funniest Series
Review: I've been a fan of Kodomo no Omocha (Child's Toy, the original title for this series) TV series for a long time before the manga came to the US. So, naturally when it came out here I just had to snatch up the graphic novel version of one of my favorite TV series ever. But after purchasing 3 of the volumes, I stopped buying them because they were exactly like the TV show and since I have all the episodes, it just didn't make sense for me to keep shelling out $10 a book for something I already had. Basically, the story of Sana, Hayama, Tsuyoshi, and all the rest is awesome, hilarious, and totally original and if you've never read or seen this series you HAVE to check it out. But if you've already seen the anime version, you really don't need to read these. However, if you've only read the manga, you have to try to find a video of this (try fansub sites) because there is just nothing like watching one of the craziest animes ever. I probably didn't make much sense, but thanks for readin!

Summary: Kodomo no Omocha, a series you should be all over
Review: If you are thinking of buying this book, don't think anymore! Quit reading my review, and go buy it! If you are not too financially strapped, buy all of the others in the series, or at least a few more, because from the first volume it just gets better.

Okay, if you stuck around for some reason, I will explain to you why you should get Kodocha: Sana's Stage. The standard explanation for the book is that it is about a hyper child actress named Kurata Sana, and her enemy, Hayama Akito. The heading on the back of the manga says, "comedy". I feel this is wrong, though, because Kodomo no Omocha (Child's Toy) is so much more than that.

Kodomo no Omocha is a story about relationships. That's its main focus. Relationships, between Sana and her mother, Sana and her manager, Sana and her friends, and of course, the main one, Sana and Akito. This is the only manga, by the way, that can make me cry and then, on the very next page, make me crack up. If you buy this book, you are making a commitment, because you will become addicted. Also, it goes on a wild roller coaster ride of emotions, particularly in books 9-10, which grow very serious and deal with big issues like depression. Don't be surprised if you find yourself a little down when Sana is, and on the top of the world when she is. It is especially gratifying, and somehow beautiful, to watch Akito grow and emerge with his emotions.

So don't be fooled by anything, not even the covers. This is a brilliant work of art, not just a manga, and in my opinion it is not even comparable to other manga, because it soars above the rest. Buy all ten volumes, and don't expect not to be on the edge of your seat at the end of each one. Even my review cannot do this series justice.

WHY ARE YOU STILL READING??? BUY IT!!!
