Summary: Welcome Break from your Average Book
Review: To summarise this book would be a crime as every sentence and image included was comic mastery! I congratulate Bart! It really is the answer to every one of your questions on religion, x-mas, sex, food and a multitude of other subjects. For every child, man, woman and gereatric patriot of comedy I pledge fro you to purchase and read this book and if you are not totally satisfied, your money back or there is a section at the back with other uses for the book.
To conclude,
Read it
Laugh at it

Cry a little
Lose it
Find it
Enjoy from generation to sick generation

Summary: Another Successful and Funny Simpson's Spin-Off
Review: "Bart Simpson's Guide to Life" is another successful translation of the greatest cartoon series ever to the printed format. Its success is a tribute to creator Matt Groening's ability to get inside the head of a wacky 10-year old without dumbing things down or being just plain condescending. Like the TV show, the jokes work for kids and adults (what grown up male can help but appreciate Bart's "dream room" with a robot butler and secret passageways!).

Like the episodes themselves, Simpson merchandising is more hit than miss and "Bart Simpson's Guide to Life" is definately a hit.
Also recommended: "Simpsons Comics Unchained" (ISBN:0060007974)& "The Simpsons: A Complete Guide" (ISBN:0060952520).

Summary: Another "early years" disaster
Review: This book came out in the early nineties, when the simpsons were centered around Bart Simpson and his annoying catch phrases in order to attract the under 13 viewers. (How much do you want to choke someone when they say, "don't have a cow, man!" now a-days?)

Lucky for us, the Simpsons matured into the phenomenon it is today. Like the beatles, the simpsons have reached their success through constantly changing, pushing the boundaries, and never settling for second best. Each season is better than the last, and it has attracted a fan base of viewers who aren't all pre-pubescent!

Cheers for the Simpsons, may they never go away, but Jeers to this book that tries to capitalize on the lame-ness of Bart Simpson and his appeal to fanboys.

Summary: Bart's Guide to Life is a must read.
Review: Bart's Guide to Life is a must read for anybody. Page for page are various different comics and commentary on life by Bart. Bart covers a wide range of topics from parents to school, health, fitness, psychology, food, etc. Each page is full of nonstop hilarity. Bart's Guide to life is a parody of our culture and values. Bart's sharp wit is insightful, creative and extremely funny. This book proves that hilarity and social commentary can be combined superbly without being snobbish or snide. Bart's Guide to Life should in my opinion, be considered a literary comic classic.

Summary: I love this book
Review: This is a really great book. It's split into sections and talks about anything you could ever imagine. Think about it like a trash can. There's all kinds of unrelated and hilarious stuff in there. I HIGHLY reccomend this book.

Summary: Matt Groening scores again!
Review: Yet again Matt Groening made another Simpsons title which was (in my oppinion) a great succes. The book has everything from the T.V. show and even more. It has funny puzzles, poems, and games which are brilliant. I recomend this Simpson's bbok to anyone who is even mearly interested in the simpson's.
