Review: Ceres is a very interesting story, that talks about twins aki and aya, and how they will discover that they are no ordiany teenagers like others, and that they have powers that is beyond what they are expecting, it si really interesting,I recommend it for who is interested in drama and lots of comedy.

Review: Ceres: Celestial Legend (Ayashi no Ceres, the Japanese title) is one of my absolute favorite anime, and now the BEST manga I've ever read. The series has such deep meaning and a perfect pace. It doesn't go too slow and place any "fillers" in it to expand the length. Instead, you get page after page of development of the story line and a new fact about a character. To everyone who has seen the series, the manga is very different. To avoid spoilers, I can say that the death of someone was completely different than what it was in the anime and there are many scenes which you don't see. To be blunt, if you enjoyed any of Yu Watase's other works, want to read a manga that will keep you interested with an elaborate storyline and beautiful art, or you are thinking about buying this; buy it. You won't regret it.

Review: Ceres: Celestial Legend is the best manga- if you don't have it, Get It! You won't be sorry! Actually, I heard about this manga from a friend, but when I finally got it (after hearing how strange it is over and over ):, it is strange, but isn't all great manga that way ;)? ), I was totally blown away! The art is great, and the characters are awesome! Anyway, its about how twins Aya and Aki go to their Grandpa's on their 16th birthday, and with every aunt and uncle in their family watching, are presented with s mummified hand!
Saying any more would give away the story, but if you like any type of manga, Ceres is a great choice! If you don't get Cares, you'll be sorry!

Review: first things first.THIZ IZ THE BEST MANGA.i no alooott of people r saying that its really dark,horror,etc,but it dosnt have that much.i mean apart from aya's family trying to kill aya/ceres,its a romantic story.+the drawings r THE BEST to.i fell in love w/ tooya,the guy aya fell for.tooya iz hot,mature,nice,etc type of guy.ok....um...i guess i will tell u alot of things about ceres.dont worry.i will only tell a bit so i wont spoil it 4 u.
Basiclly,ceres-the celestial legend iz about thiz girl named aya who haz a twin brother(feturnal)-aki.on their 16th birthday , they go over to their granpa's house for their birthday and ceres awakins in aya(dont worry,aya didnt change character.)also,something awakins in aki to.but then aya flees to the aogiri's so she wont get killed by the mikages(her family).BUY THIS BOOK SO U CAN FIND OUT WUT HAPPINS.o and if u already read ceres books #s1-5,then u can go on www.ayashi.net to find out wut happins next.tho ayashi. net wont show the pictures, they write out wut happins,their movment,etc.o and the total # of books in the ceres series iz 14.presently, only 5 came out.n e ways, just buy thiz book.u will really like it.

Review: Fushigi Yugi was a milestone in the history of anime and manga; a true classic that every fan knows about. Well, Ceres is shaping up to be the same. This is an amazing series with insights on the pitfalls of a truly divine nature, and what comes when you anger an angel.I love this book!

Summary: Absolutely Wonderful!
Review: I can appreciate the beautiful artwork in this book. I truly love it, it is much better than some other manga/anime that is out there. I recomend this book for teens and older because of some of the...sensuous concepts. But its nothing too raunchy. It is wonderful, has a good plot, unlike some manga, and the characters are die hard! I bought this book with a glance at the pages, hoping it would be good, and the story line as well as the great illistrations took my breath away. I wanted to keep on reading to the next book. I seriously hope you look into it, you won't be let down!!!!

Summary: A Deffinate Skip
Review: I HATED Ceres. It was way over the line when it came to everything to shower scenes to excecive swearing. I do like the art though. I also skimmed through the next few books, and it doesn't get any better. I wish Yu Watase would clean up her manga so you don't have to worry about that kind of stuff. I didn't appreciate this manga.

Review: I have to say, Ceres is a serious let down. I mean, i have to adimit, the story is creative and very well told, it's just my problem is the characters. They are just plain unlovable. I think i only like 2 characters in the manga and that's Mrs>Q and Suzumi. They are pretty funny. But Aya, the main character is just annoying and just bugs me, Toya her boyfriend, is just unlovable(there's nothing to love since he shows no emotions), and that's just the begining. After a while,the manga gets a little....Mauture, which is a turn off for me. Basically, I think Watase-san did better with Imadoki and Alice 19th.

Summary: Hell ya
Review: I loved it. I am currently watching the movies as well but I much rather perfur the comics. There funnier, they have more lines from Yuuhi. A male who sipmly can be explain as typical but with a whole lot more class and morals. They also have more of Tooya with Aya in the begining. Tooya is the hot silent guy that goes from no emotions at all to love. Aya is the main charicter and is fairly typical anmie herioen. except without the eating problem. They whole cast is excelnt Watuse does an amazing job writing a dark anime. It is much more muture than Fushigi Yugi. She keeps her love triangel but with evil twist. This is one of my fav. series. I do strongly surgest reading Ceres instead of watching it. It is a must for all Fushigi yugi fans. I do addment that it is more girly than fushigi yugi. Thou it does have lots of great fight sense with lots of blood.
