Review: i think that everyone..from teenagers, to parents, to parents to be...to grand parents should pick up this book and have a read, even if its just for one story..cos then u'd be hooked. i have had, like many teens, been through the lectures of life from teachers and all, but the real place that i learnt and understood and adapted was from reading this book. its great to know people go through the same things as you do, and i reccomend not only reading this book, but even to experience the 'warm fuzzy' feeling of sharing a story with someone, and letting it change your life! Trust me, do it for yourself.

Review: I laughed..I cried...I had all kinds of emotions! This book was so good! It related to today's teen's problems on thier level and let them know that "it is okay to cry". It showed that others are going through things that you (or your best friend maybe) are going through. An excellent book for any teen!

Summary: Best book I have ever read!!!
Review: This is without a doubt the best book I have ever read. It is filled with many short stories, poems, and more. These stories made me laugh, cry, and really made me think. There are things that people try to teach me everyday that I just didn't get...until I read this book. I have really thought about some of the stories and they have changed my views on life in general. There was one story called "Challege Days" which is about a conference that I have attended numerous times. This book really gave me a new perspective on life. This is my like my bible, I take it everywhere I go, preach about it, and live by it. It really relates to everything, no matter who you are! If you don't read this you are really missing out.

Summary: Definently A Must-Read Book For ALL Ages!
Review: I Absolutely LOVED this book! I recieved it as a 13th Birthday gift from my Aunt and Uncle, and as soon as I read the comments from other teens just like me, I couldnt put it down! You can just imagine the looks on peoples faces when I opened the book right in the restaurant and immediatly started laughing and crying at some of the storys in the book! I even took it to a softball game! It is an emotional and heart-filled book, with subjects arranging from love, suicide, violent neighborhoods, school, and family! Plus many more! I take it everywhere with me! I suggest it to EVERYONE! Both teenagers, and parents alike. Reading this book helped me to learn that I could face life without commiting suicide, or my ex-boyfriend by my side.

Summary: It's the only therapist you'll ever need!
Review: I received this book as a present. Once I picked it up I couldn't put it down! The stories in there totally relate to teenagers. My boyfriend and I broke up a little while ago. I had read 'Losing the Us' when I was just skimming through the book, but after we broke up it gave me the strength to realize that I can be my own person and go on by myself! (My ex-boyfriend even read it.) I hope to see a second serving, this is the best teen-help book I've read!!

Review: I enjoyed the stories in the Chicken Soup for the Teenage Soul. As a 17-year-old teen, I could relate to many of the situations and stories in the book. Recently a close 17-year-old friend's mother died. I thought of the Chicken Soup book immediately. Her father had died when she was 8-years-old and now she was looking toward me to help her cope. As soon as she saw the book, she told me she had been meaning to get it for a long time. I know this book will help her to cope and it will also gives her some good laughs. Two thumbs up for a great book that has helped many kids feel that they really are normal.
