Review: This book made me think and relize that worse things have happened and that I need to be able to share with others. My friends and I happened to be reading the book at the same time and not know it. Then, we started talking about our favorite book and, it was "Chicken Soup for OUR Souls." This book really was inspirational and I like that you don't have to read things in order.

Review: This book is the most amazing book I have ever read. I bought this book on recommendation, and couldn't put it down. The stories in this book are truely touching. They can empathize with some weird teenage experiences, comfort you in times of need, and show you that you're not alone. These stories connected so strongly with me, it was sometimes like I had written them. I highly recommend this book.

Review: I thought the book would be cheesy, but really it is about friendship, life and kindness and the unexpected and precious lessons of life and relationships with others. It is very worth a try reading.

Summary: Stupid is as stupid does: adolescents
Review: I have to admit that when I picked up the book, I was quickly hooked. The real-life stories of peoples' heart breaks and lost friendships are captivating, but then again, so is Jerry Springer and Oprah Winfrey. The book is aimed at the "it's cool to be a depressed adolescent female" sector of the book selling market; thus most of the stories are written by pre-pubescent girls who have just discovered what the word sex means, and still giggle at the mention of a scatalogical term. To that extent, I can understand why this book is so appealing to the youth market as no complicated language (words with more than two sylables) is used, the gramar is simple (no more than ten words per sentence) and some of the stories are written by the so-called "teenage role-models". But, the stories are so far fetched and seem to be so distant from the average person's life that it would be more instructive reading the Star-Trek books. After reading this review, if you still want to read this book, then I think you will enjoy it.

Review: This is the best book that I have read in a long time. The stories touched my heart, and I found a great number of them to be extremely motivational. I cried at many of them, both happy and sad. I deeply appreciated the content and quality of the stories selected for publication. Although this book is designed for teenagers, I think that it is a book that everyone should read!

Review: This book makes you relize your not the only one in these situations and thats it's okay to feel bad about some thing because it'll all turn out okay. I loved this book and am now reading chicken soup for the teenage soul 2 and am buying chicken soup for the pet lovers soul the people who wrote these stories are magnifacient writers and had an exelant book to hold their wounderful stories!!!!! address)

Summary: All i read from this book was everything in "Tough Stuff"
Review: My friend brought this book to school, and everyone read all the stories in "Tough Stuff". And we all cried a lot. They were all such touching stories. All the death made me sad. I have actually thought about suicide before, but I know I will never do that. Remembering reading those stories helps. This is a great book.
