Rating: Summary: I Loved This Book!!! Review: I loved reading this book. Hearing the stories of other people's struggles and experiences has helped me deal with mine. I recommend this book to anyone who needs a bit of encouragement in their lives.
Rating: Summary: It changed my Life 4-ever!!! Review: I got the 1st one from my uncle I haven't seen in about 3 year for Christmas. A lot of the quotes and stories I still remember like somebody told me 1 minute ago. Some of the stories have influenced my day to day life, others just stick to my mind like a magnet. I recommend this book to anybody that well.... likes to read but most of all anybody who wants to feel good about themself.
Rating: Summary: THE BEST BOOK EVER PUBLISHED Review: This Book was so amazing. It gives you an insight on other peoples problems and how to avoid them. Personally I enjoyed paintbrush because most people can relate to it.
Rating: Summary: You must read the Teenage Soul books if you are 11 or older! Review: You should also read them if you enjoy reading stories that your peers wrote or if you need advice on something and no one else is around to ask. I know that you will like both books in this series for teenagers. I think that you will enjoy them because they were written by kids our age. Some of the stories are sad and some are funny. Each story will teach you something in a different way. There are different categories for stories in these books, like: "On Relationships," "On Friendship," "On Learning," "Tough Stuff," and "Growing Up." I loved both books. These books have a story for everything teenagers go through. You will probably like different stories at different times, depending on what you are going through. If you don't know where to start in these books, I'll recommend a good story in each of them: In Chicken Soup for the Teenage Soul, you should read "No Hair Day." It is about a girl who loses her hair at age 16 and is embarassed about it. In the end, she finds courage that she didn't know she had. In Chicken Soup for the Teenage Soul II, you should read "Practical Application." It's a very funny poem that I think you'll enjoy. I know I did!
Rating: Summary: Wow I like this book!! Review: Chicken Soup is a good book, I especially love reading in the everyday life promblems and love stories. Dead at 17, I think is the saddest one of all, I wont tell you about it just read it! At first I hated the book, but I have never read it before in my life.
Rating: Summary: It captures the essence of teengae life. Review: This book has made me realize that I am not alone in this world. I can relate to many stories in this book. Also, many have touched my heart and made me realize I am lucky to have what I have and be healthy like I am. If I were to give my teenager (when I have kids) this would be the one.
Rating: Summary: Like it says: 101 stories of life, love, and learning Review: This book is everything it says it is on the cover. It explores the real life of a teen. I would like to thank the authors for this book.
Rating: Summary: THE BEST BOOK EVER FOR TEENS!!!!!!! Review: Hey! My name is Paul. I think this is the best book for teens with problems involving family, social life, relationships, drugs, and friendships. Also, it may help prevent you from commiting suicide for being too depressed. My favorite poem was the one called is " Someone should have told him ". It's about a girl who gets killed in a car accident who didn't drink, but the person who crashed into her did. So I suggest you read this book, or you'll miss alot!
Rating: Summary: A very encouraging book that can up lift up your spirits. Review: Chicken Soup for Teenage Soul is a very encouraging book. The book has many stories teens can relate to. Some of the topics that the book touches are family, friendship, school, and problem solving. I really enjoyed this book because it helped me understand more about life. Many of my friends have read this book and have had the same reaction I have had. If you are someone who is low on life of just want a really good book to read, Chicken Soup for Teenage Soul is for you.
