Review: At the beginning of this year, my parents started buying me all kinds of "teen help books". This was the only one that had any impact me. Reading about other teens' lives made me realize that I'm not the only teenager with problems. I really am glad that I got a chance to read this awesome collection of thoughts, ideas, and memories.

Review: This is a great book I am in 5th grade and every time a teacher reads it the teacher and most of the class crys. It sooths you're soal and in some stories it also gives you a message to live by like don't drink and drive or fullfill you're dreams while you still can.

Review: How many times have you seen or heard a book advertised, and you think it'd be good? A lot, right? Well, this book is worth both your time and your effort. It's a wonderful book filled with stories and memories that come right from the heart, and "SOUL." This book is unlike any other book. Chicken Soup for the Teenage Soul is a book about teens for teens. When you need a great book to cuddle up with, grab this book and a blanket, because you won't want to put this book down. Not only does this have one story, but numerous ones. It gives individuals a time to express their feelings about everyday life. Coming from experience, I know that the teen years are the most difficult and trying period of one's life. But yet is still in the same sense one of the best and funniest times in your life. This book is a guide for surviving and keeping your sanity in these compelling years. You will learn and sometimes relate to what these other teens share with you. Chicken Soup for the Teenage Soul has an inner lesson that has been brought out. It contains a lesson on the nature of friendship and love, the importance of belief in the future, the value of respect for yourself and others, and dealing with tough issues like death, suicide and the loss of love. This book contains great stories such as "I'm Home," "Bright Heart," and "Detention Can Be Fun." By such authors as Jennie Garth, Jennifer Love Hewitt, and Bill Cosby. Chicken Soup for the Teenage Soul will capture your heart as well as your soul. It is a good friend whom you can turn to who understands the way you feel. This book will be there for you to cheer you up when everything seems to be going down the drain. I really liked this book because in almost every story there was something that had happened to me, and until I read this book I didn't know how to cope with that. The book was easy to follow along with, and I would recommend it to almost anyone who can read.

Review: I think this book is great for teens and wounderful for young teens, because now is the time when they learn about life and they will go to partys and people will ask them to drink and maybe even to do drugs and there was one story that just touched me and all my friends. My teacher even like it so much that she read it to the class.

Review: This was the best book I ever read. It made me laugh and it made me cry. A poem called "Someone Should have Taught Him" made me cry but it was my favorite thing in the entire book. I really liked the illustrations in the book they were cute; they made me smile. Thanks for writing this book it changed the way I look at things.

Review: I am 15 years old and I recieved this book for christmas from my aunt. I just finished reading what I would call the best book ever. I suffer from depression and this book really helped me up when I was down. There are a lot of stories in this marvelous book that really helped me. I feel that teens, parents of teens and even older siblings of teens should read it. I picked out a couple of stories for my mom and my older sister to read and they loved them! My sister is going to read the whole book soon. I am now reading the Chicken Soup For The Teenage Soul II and I love it just as much. I hope that this book can do for you what it has done for me!
