Summary: It bought tears to my eyes (the same way a sharp stick does)
Review: Talk about an insult to the intellect. In the long running contest to write the preachiest book, the bible has been knocked off it's perch by Chicken Soup for the Teenage soul. A pathetic cutsiepie-aura oozed from the pages. The cartoons were banal, the stories doubly so (and cliched too). Patronising to the maximum, if any teenager with some degree of mental integrity were to pick it up in a state of depression, it would serve only to further their mental decline. The Christian theme was hammered in over and over again, until I felt weak at the knees. It was a wretched, hapless, piteous and woeful example of how not to write an intelligent book. Still, I can hardly blame the editor, as he's sleeping on pile of crisp, green bank notes. People who pay for this book, read and enjoy it are being taken for a ride on a nice little money-spinner. Anyone who claims that this book "made me think" must have had a mental dormancy comparable to that of a woodlouse. I'm glad I borrowed it from the library. Instead of steering me away from my sadomasochistic, devil worshiping, marijuana-smoking life style, the vomitus manner in which it described the good, clean healthy way of life makes me want to shoot a cap of heroin, just to help me forget about the travesty of writing that is this book.

Summary: Most Inspiring and Fun Book I've Ever Read
Review: This book is great to help teens and even adults. There are stories that help to show that even little things help in people's lives. It also shows you that there are others like you and you are not alone. It can also help you through rough times. This book tells you learned lessons without you having to learn them the hard way. It also has some really interesting fun stories that don't do all that much but are very fun to read. It also has funny cartoons and very wonderful quotes. I would recommend this book to anyone and everyone.

Summary: THIS BOOK IS AWESOME!
Review: This book tells it like it is. It gives you the ins and outs, ups and downs of being a teen. This book was truely written for and by teens. My favorite story in it is a tie between The Bible and Somebody Should Have Taught Him. They both inspire me greatly. The Bible inspires me to be thankful for all that I have and to not be ungrateful. Somebody Should Have Taught Him shocked me into being good. It tells of a boy who doesn't drink at a party but gets into the car with soemone who does and goes through the process of him dying. It's very heartwrenching. The whole book is like that though. I found lots of stories that I could relate to and ones that inspired me. I also liked the fact that they put stories that celebreties wrote in. It made me realize that we're all on the same level and everyone goes throught the things I am going through at some point in their lives. It tells all that read it that everything we are going through is not the end of the world. It is a little pimple on the big face of life. We will live through everything that happens to us and move on to bigger and better things in our lives. Every teen needs to read this book and I recommend it to all of my friends who are having a tough time in life right now orthose who just want something to read. I look forward to other "sequels" to this one and I can not wait!

Summary: I thought this book was great!
Review: Chicken soup for the teenage soul was a realy great book. It had a bunch of short stories on love, life, relationships. My personal favorite of the book was the section on tough stuff. This piticular section is on things in life that are hard to talk about with another person.so reading about how others went threw simular situations can make life eaiser when your a teenager. This book also has poems in it.One piticular poem that stays in my head is called "someone should have tought him." This poem was about a girl who went to a party and was told not to drink and she didn't so when she was leaving the party she got into a car thinking that everything was going to be alright but some other kid that was at the party wasn't as smart as her and did drink and also decided to drive. He crashed into her and killed her. That particular poem made me think twice about drinking and driving. That is why I think this book was a big benifit to teenagers because it made us thing about the choices we make in our lives.

Summary: This book inspired me to think about what I love in life.
Review: It makes you think about what you take for granted. Like parents and friends, and everything else you have that the unfortunet kids dont have. there were a lot of stories that aplied to my life and made me think of how different it would be if it werent there. This is the most inpirational book i've ever read, i highly recommend it to all teens facing dificult desisions, and we all do.

Summary: Even Better than the first book!
Review: Chicken Soup for the Teenage Soul 2 was an awsome book! It's definatly a 5 star book. I didn't think it would be as good as the first book, Chicken Soup for the Teenage Soul, but it was even better. It was inspirational and talked about issues I could relate to. The book had some cute heart-warming stories, but also some funny and serious ones. ONe of my favorite stories from the book was Snowdrops because it talks about the death of a Grandparent and my Gerandfather died a couple of months ago. The book has something for everyone. I recommend it to everyone. Even if you think you don't have time to read the book. You can. The stories are short so you can read one in about 5 minutes.
