Review: Anne Frank's diary was very informative. It's almost as if she herself knew that someday people from so many countries would read her diary. When she wrote she was a different person. She was a normal girl who wanted to live an extravagant life like any other girls. In this diary you read Anne Frank's feelings and thoughts while she lived in her "Secret Annexe" while hiding from the Nazis. You can almost see her mature and take faults in her self. This is a very tragic book considering how in the end she was so hopeful the war would end, but she was found and taken to a concentration camp where only her father survived.

Review: The painful yet realistic diary entries of a teenage Jewish girl,Anne Frank's life during the World War II. It recorded from a tennage girl point of view about the War,Holocaust. She and her family and another family hid in an attic for 2 years. This bittersweet diary revealed Anne's feeling,emotions and also the horrors of the War and Nazis. It would always served as a reminder to everyone.

Review: I've just started listening to tape 1 of this audio book, and I fell in love with Winona Ryder's voice already. What a fabulous narration she's been giving. However, it did not strictly match with the book in print (some paragraphs were omitted or shuffled right on the first chapter). Anyway, I think I'll finish the whole audio and write another review thereof.

Review: This book had som good information on it. It was scary of thinking about the Holocaust. I cant imagine myself there. I admire her so much. Just bearing through those times. But the book was great it was filled with emotions, laughter, and adventure.

Review: Anne Frank: The Diary of a Young Girl is an exellent book to read. It shows you the feelings on how Anne and her family delt with living in the annex. The book shows you what happened to the Jews that went into hiding. The book also tells you how wonderful the Franks' were and that not all good things happen to good people. If I were to rate this book on a scale of one to ten I would rate this book a five or a six because I really don't like reading about accual things that happened in the world because I don't like the idea on how people would act towards others just because they're different. This book is really good if you would like to see what had happened in the Holocost. It shows you what things they went throught such as: getting their bikes taken away to them being tooken away to concintration camps. This book is good for people who like reading about things that are real and not made up.

Review: The Diary of a Young girl, takes place during the 1940's, during Hitler's rule over all of Germany and most of Europe. It is a beautiful story of hope in self and in man. It tells a story of a young girl who tries to find herslf while coming across the many trials of life.She makes a friend and learns to love, while trying to stay confined in a small place in a building.During this horrible time for Jews. I reccomned this book, because it tells of how life was during the Holocaust. IT explains the bad and good things that went on. I believe it tells this so that another Genocide doesn't hqappen and if it does other countries need to intervene before it is to late. So in my opinion it is a book that forewarns the dangers thst could happen if hate is left to flourish.

Summary: The Diary of a Young Girl
Review: The Diary of Anne Frank is a very good book! I recommend this book to anyone interested in the holocaust. If your some of those people who like to read diary books then this is definitely a great book for you. The diary was given to Anne on her birthday. She wrote in it because she felt paper was more patience then man. She begins talking about restrictions that the Nazi's were putting on Jews: no Jews outside after 8:00 p.m., no Jews are aloud to have bicycles, no Jews are allowed to drive their car, all Jews must wear the Star of David on their clothes, etc. While she lived life with restrictions she never knew that her dad was planning a hiding spot for their family. The hiding spot was in the building behind Mr. Frank's office. When they went into hiding Mr. And Mrs. VanDann along with their son Peter hid in what they called "the Secret Annex." After some time Mr. Dussel came to stay with them. Anne does not like Mr. Dussel one bit. As time goes by everyone gets into fights: Mrs. Frank and Mrs. VanDann, Anne and Mr. Dussel, etc. If you want to find out what really happens in her diary then I advise you pick up a copy and start reading.

Review: Anne Franks book was so good that I have read it 3 times now, I even did a report and project for school on Anne Franks Diary. I also saw the movie. All those people that havn't read this book should go to there nearest library and get it before its gone.

Review: I really enjoyed this book. Because it told me about the times back then. In history books they dont tell you alot. And in this book it told me things that I never knew. I enjoyed this book. And plan on watching the video I taped!
